David has trouble not knowing where to look. A short from Cyberpunk Edgerunners episode 5. #shorts #short #Cyberpunkedgerunners #Cyberpunk #Edgerunners #Cyberpunk2077 #Netflix #CDProjektRed
@@ackiii6174 Lol I got the feeling he used it and stared for quite a bit before looking away. Afterall, when he uses it, he looks like he's going at superspeed to everyone else.
@@Golden31Eagle no this right after they got together in episode 4, in this scene Maine literally teases David about how he must’ve gotten laid recently
Nothing wrong with it, at this point she was still part of the team . . . besides the spider pattern is pretty alluring. Its just the whole, betraying David thing everyone hates for her. Not saying she deserved to be ended for it but . . . considering her actions lead to, David and Rebecca dying, the hate to me is kinda understandable
It is sad really. She had to constantly look over her shoulder even if she didn't want to with Maine's/David's team. But if you realized how messed up the world of Cyberpunk is. You sympathize with Kiwi a little. You never know what might happen next. Plus the shit she in runs deep so she couldn't pull out fast enough. It hurts that she only realized it in the end that she had something she always wanted. A so called family she could trust abliet a little too late for that
@@byronjefferson1697 absolutely that spider pattern was what got me among other things but yeah you make a good point I understand how people can dislike her or downright hate her considering how loved characters like David and Rebecca are and her actions indirectly lead to their early demise.
@@sooooootamad7539 yeah I definitely do sympathize with Kiwi on some levels because the world of cyberpunk is a fucked up place. I’m not entirely sure what her motives were behind selling out her crew whether it be status or money or what have you so I don’t sympathize with that part but I felt really bad for her when she got beat up by Maine and when she realized what she did was wrong only for it to end up killing her in the process as well.
You can easily imagine his internal monologue. "Don't look, don't look, don't look, shit you looked, stop looking, don't look, don't look at the naked girl, don't look..."
Gotta respect Trigger for ignoring this trope completely Nosebleeds would've been SO out of place in a Cyberpunk anime, unless they come from David killing himself with the Sandevistan lmao
Honestly I was always distracted with her face mask that I never even noticed she had a spider web pattern along her torso and legs…. I mean didn’t exactly stare so of course I wouldn’t notice..
Didn't notice the spider web pattern at first, interesting. Also did anyone else notice she was essentially doing a Naruto Ninja run when they ran into the Cyberpsychyco in episode 4?
HMMMM these stairs be looking very stairy today. Ahhh these walls be looking like walls today. Yep they gonna keep the ceiling up. Speaking of the ceiling looks very ceilingy today 😂
I like that he looks as soon as her hand starts moving, idk if I’m just so adhd that I think having the attention span of a golden retriever is normal but movement just kinda attracts my full attention reflexively. Definitely been in situations like this tryna avoid looking at something and all the sudden there’s movement and my eyes dart there and back before I realize I even looked. Not sure why but these kinds of little animation details definitely made the characters in edgerunners feel more real
Actually yeah, I was surprised about that, too. I thought they'd maybe at least show a bit more with what we'd already seen. I mean we all saw those braindances, they were NOT shy about it. LOL. Not that the way they did it was entirely a bad thing, though. It got a laugh out of me during this scene after thinking "Wait, did they? Didn't they?"
