I agree. He could berate and shout at the driver if he missed a turn. I have heard his audiobooks and I could listen to him all day.

For sure. He's been the substitute host for Jonathan Ross on BBC radio at least a couple of times and sounds like a complete natural at it. The MP3s of the shows are kicking around online.

I know it's probably thanks to DT's extensive work in voiceovers and audiobooks, but I have to wonder how much he picked up and retained playing Campbell Bain on "Takin' Over the Asylum" 20+ years ago.
