Tim, thank you for using such specific step-by-step language for each movement pattern. Using few words, but specific words, is your strength. Your pauses between movements is soothing and allows for the uncluttering of unnecessary distractions. I love your humility, and humor, too. Fantastic teaching, friend.

Thanks Tim, I haven't done yoga for 24 hrs and I kinda became depressed, no joke. I been suffering from depression, anxiety, self-blame etc. whatever it is and yoga is like my daily medication. You are always here 24/7 even if I don't have any money for yoga studio memberships and I thank you very much for that.

you are the best teacher ever Tim, my life would have been suicidal by now if it weren't for your yoga lessons. The strength developed to complete each day of these exercises has helped me cope up with the messed up life I am in at the moment. Your teachings have helped me become an eye of the cyclone, not hassled by any of life's traumas, living in complete control of one's mind and body. I hope to teach yoga to people in need someday, with your blessings. Namaste

I've really enjoyed the practice thus far. I've been a soccer player for 22 years and as a result my ankles have gotten bad. the standing poses have restored my balance and made my posture much better. thank you Tim.

Day 9's helpful little hint of twisting your hips around to lock you foot behind the opposite leg was very helpful. I've been doing yoga for years and never knew that trick. Thanks.

Thank you for explaining every pose in a practical and simplified sense. I'm not a fan of Crow pose but the way you broke down the approach makes me willing to continue trying. Thank you for sharing your practice.

thanks Tim. Found my balance on one side was really off today, so challenging with twisted poses. You are by far the best teacher I have come across both on the web and in face to face classes .

No worries about "tooting your own horn." It didn't have any trace of that to me; it just sounded like you were joyful that "Hey, look! It's working!" You are so skilled at your "task analysis." I've been doing online yoga for several years and have never heard some of the tips you give i.e. keep the hip plugged in, sit up from the back of the sacrum. Great job! Thanks!

These are great poses for building strength in my ankles and calves, which is crucial for maintaining stability as I get older. Additionally, thanks to your instruction, I was even able to remain in crow for a few seconds. I'm obviously enjoying this series very much.

You are a godsend! I really appreciate all the knowledge you are giving us. Not just the movements. But the foundation and Sanskrit meaning as well. The little details of each movement make it so much better. I am really thankful that these are online. And that I'm learning so much. It's preparing me well for a lifelong full of yoga. Hi, thanks for all clear poses Tim. I am more and more motivated by doing (different kinds) of Yoga. I get a better focus and more flexibel and strength. Once in a two weeks i go to the yogaclub in my city Leeuwarden(North-Netherlands). The other days i do it by myself in my house. Good Luck! and stay healthy. Bye bye. I managed to do crow pose properly first time ever in my life!!! I've tried before but I couldn't lift my legs more than an inch or so or I couldn't hold it longer than 2 seconds... Today, with your guidance, I made it. I'm so grateful for all your work, I love your videos. Thank you, Tim!

I have always been naturally flexible, so flexibility poses, for the most part, are a walk in the park for me. It is the strength poses that challenge me the most, but today I flew in crow! It was for two seconds, but I did it! Thanks Tim! Your series is really helping!!!

Today was a little mentally challenging but I pushed through instated of starting over, no mater how many poses I can’t do I’ll do the ones I can to the best of my abilities and push myself a little more. I would rather complete this 30 day challenge imperfect and do it over to appreciate my improvement. I am sure I can get the poses down perfectly with in the next 6 months.

Love the faster pace today for the standing postures. Before I started this 30-day program, this would have been too challenging to do with proper attention to form. Today, it felt natural to flow from one posture to the next!

Day 10 Done. Still having balance issues with half moon. It could be the space I'm in. Small kitchen space. Everything else is in check and progressing nicely. Thanks for all your hard work!

Love, love, LOVED todays practice. I enjoyed feeling the stabilising muscles twitching in the supporting leg during the standing poses. I can't wait to do the entire 30 days again, daily, once my injuries have gone as I am looking forward to really pushing my body through the full range of motion and experiencing the changes that a lot of you are talking about on the FB group. Okay Tim, forget the hips opening up...ever since the foot practice day I have been so aware of my arches and have tried to engage them to increase my strength in standing poses and they were on FIRE today. Especially when we grabbed our toe then went into the ankle over knee pose. What a challenge

Thank you for everyday exercises! I do morning mobility routine for years but after yoga I feel more energetic through the day. Thank you for different exercises for each day. It helps a lot. Body get used to exercises slower and effect from exercises lasts longer.

I really liked todays practice. Adding a few more new moves. The crow is something I struggle with as hands seems to be weak at this, not so much my wrist. I have got a hand strengthen exercise but I probably don’t do it as much as I should. Many thanks

I am thoroughly enjoying your references to the foundation poses and I am looking forward to developing a more grounded and mindful practice. Your personality really shone through in this video, thank you for sharing yourself with the yoga community! ☼ Side note: I noticed an unusual heaviness in the area of my throat chakra during the "retained breathing" in savasana. Third time attempting day 10 for me lol... but this time I could finish! Felt great and was amazed at how easy it is to glide into crow when ready(no, I am not there yet). Thanks for the great instruction!

Thanks Tim! I’ve been loving these videos. I’ve previously tried to get into the habit of regularly doing yoga and have never been able to stick with it. Then I found your videos and have already made it ten days! You do a great job of explaining the poses and how I should do them to activate the right muscles. 10 days down and definitely noticing improvement in my flexibility! Thanks!Keep up the great work!

My favourite one so far. I did the crow! At first, since I only sorta glance at the screen, I misconceived the pose and had my knees between my arms and couldn't do the stand, so I lamented and looked more carefully. And voilá, my feets weren't that high but they did "rise". I kinda liked it, so I'll practice it more. Also, can I just say, I knew some of your videos long before I joined this challenge and somehow you seem so much more relaxed now, less solemn, you joke around and generally give wonderful warm energy..I'm really happy to see that:)

Great sequence...I found it both humbling and invigorating and my hips feel great now! I can see a difference in the opening up of my shoulders when attempting binding postures esp on my (very tight) left side. Your cues and instructions are excellent, as always.

-Wow ... Never tried Yoga before ... Its great! Think i'm converted. Day 10 really ramps up though. Struggled with one legged balancing and arm wraps. Think I'll be cooking the kids dinner on one leg tonight.
