Woohoo it's challenge DAY 15! Let's start off the week feeling strong, confident and full of good vibes! This 30 minute Motivated Monday HIIT is full of fat-burning exercises to make the sweat drip! Let's get it done together TEAM!!
WORKOUT DETAILS

Honestly, I was ready to quit by 70% due to the fact that my sportwear was already 100% sweat in an apartment with the windows open in 2 degree weather. But I decided not to quit because the music was engaging and once I started slowing down the reps, it kept my heart from exploding by then hahaha I NEVER knew I'd have a love/hate relationship with a progress bar thing but your workouts are great! Keep it up Anna, a new fan of your channel :D

Hey anna! Loving the program so far! I know you might be planning something new for us after the 28th day. Maybe you can try different styles of HIITs like pyramid style, ladder HIITs or longer tabatas, EMOM or even plyo HIIT. It would be a good switch up from traditional 50 on 10 off style. I hope you consider my idea.

We did it!!! I almost didn't workout today. I procrastinated for hours until I had to admit the time's just going to pass, so I might as well show up for myself and do it. 😂😭 But once I finished, I was so proud of myself. I was able to get through 100% of the moves without modification. I had to take a couple of 10-15 second breaks, but I still kept it pushing. Burned 327 calories and feel amazing. Thank you for being so empowering!!!!! 🥹🙏🥹 💧💧💧

@@christinam935 nope, as you can see it was day 15, so that means everyday is a new challenge, please see to her channel and you will see the whole workouts “28 days HIITS challenge ”. If you try it I'm sure you gonna love it..btw I'm in week 2. And I can tell I noticed a huge improvement.
