Hey besties!
This is day 2 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 40 minute full body workout all about building the hourglass illusion:) I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

I never thought I would complete a 40 min Pilates workout, but I did it! I may have cheated a little and skipped some and stopped Halfway LMAO, but I did it! Your the best 💜

The amount of times I had to pause and mentally prepare for what was coming next. It was SO HARD but I made myself finished it by telling myself "someday you will do this work out and think it is easy"
