I just started to include this at the start of my yoga routine and wow! I’m able to relax so deeply and greatly improve my yoga practice. Thank you so kindly ❤️🙏🏽❤️!
Thank you for this. This was my first time practicing this and about 2 minutes after I finished, I had such a huge emotional release and tears burst out of my eyes. I think I needed this. Thank you.

Namaste. It is advisable to practise deep, conscious rhythmic breathing like Kapalbhati or yogic breathing when you feel anxious. Please have a look at our videos for calming anxiety. Thank you so much for such a nice video...I do it regularly...where before this I was not interested in doing pranayama....but after getting your videos...I love to do it...
Thank you so much for this guided meditation!! I'm new to applying the Pranayama breathing exercises into my routine and I find your video very helpful and knowledgeable! I will watch more of your content!! Thank you for your openness to share and teach and your inner calm. Namaste! :)
It's excellent. Have been following this since many months Went through many videos online before I selected this. It's by far the best. Calm and poised.
What's the exercise with the hands over head and pulling them down again in fists? How do you breath during the movement (when in and when out)? THank you :-)
Namaste. It is called Bhastrika. The inhalation is done when the hands go up, and exhalation when the hands come down. More focus is placed on the exhalation. Hope this helps, thank you.
During the breath of fire, we inhale passively and exhale actively. You do not need to hold, simply ensure the exhalation is powerful. Hope this helps, thank you.
