Hi Everyone, welcome to the last day of the 8 weeks Get Set Yoga Journey! Yes we have made it!
Today's focus will just be to surrender to whatever we have worked on so far and get the positive energy flowing. We will start with a gentle warmup, move onto surya namaskar and asana practice and end with a pranayama practice.
So once you are ready, let's hop onto the mat and get going!

I completed 8 weeks of yoga practice.. it was a wonderful experience . I learnt lot of new asanas. All the flows are very well crafted. Thankyou so much for all your contribution to yoga community.

Thank you Bharti for these 24 days of amazing yoga journey. Enjoyed each and every session to the fullest. I was struggling with Hulaasan initially but slowly and surely towards the end of this journey I am able to do it without much of an effort. Had tried many online session of many other instructors but I must say that you are the best amongst them all. Especially because your instructions are to the point and your voice is so soothing that even the toughest poses could be achieved with calm and relaxed mind. Once again thank you. Looking forward for hour long sessions 🙏🙏

This was wonderful. Thank you Bharti for this carefully curated series. It has strengthened me overall and given me more stamina to do more in a day. Thanks to you now I can do the Halasana with ease and today for the first time could gather enough momentum to sit up after pawanmuktasana. Slowly but steadily over the weeks you have guided us to reach our best level yet ❤️

Thank you BHARTI for these wonderful 8 weeks. Today I woke up feeling sad and unwilling to do yoga. I forced myself to practice and I can't believe I stuck to the very end. Thanks to you Bharti! You have a very soothing effect, you encourage and give hope. These are the qualities of a teacher no matter what subject he or she is teaching. Today's practice was as amazing as the previous ones. Good morning dear Bharti , as i saw you on RU-vid i got happy, i have set my mat and practiced with joy..i am fully relaxed i really need such practices more. Especially when your practice involves pranayama exercises, i get extra happy otherwise i try your pranayama series apart from practice. Thank you so much, you can be sure that there are many good yoga instructors on RU-vid, but for me you are the best, because only with you i am happy, i feel we are one family and see you as my sister as if we had connection before. Thank you, Bharti! I just finished this entire series but didn't manage to do it everyday. I skipped a day or three in between haha! Also, I still struggle with halasana. Hopefully, I can do it everyday next time. Love and light.

Hi mam nice presentation I do regularly yoga after omicron symptoms now 5th week over shall I do walking/yoga/ Is it good to start or rest for another week ,plz tell me if you have an observation now I am doing warmup only last 1week thanks in advance Mam 💐

Hello mam hope you're good! Am a badminton player represents district. From 8 to 10 months am suffering from lower back pain. And I have pain with left side waist joint and proper lower back. I stopped playing because of this pain. Is there any dedicated yoga exercises for this?? Please revert back!!
