Your 10 minute sessions have helped me so much! I have Ehlers-Danlos, and a number of neurological conditions. We suffer great pain and stiffness even when we are/were super limber. These have allowed me to safely progress over 6 months to now be able to do some of your longer routines (sort-of), and to learn to use breathing to help with pain and anxiety and fatigue. Bless you Kassandra! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Hi everyone. I've really enjoyed this 30-day yoga experience. I try to do yoga every day, even with arthritis. And this helps me a lot. I try to do a few different types of yoga. Thank you for this stretching flexible side to it. And I thoroughly enjoy the challenges. It keeps me on my toes and being aware more of what I do throughout the day!! I have severe osteoarthritis and these sessions help me stretch my body. I can't do all the movements but I adapt. Great way to start my day.

Today, it is the first time I feel the connection from my breath to my pose. The standing poses are always a challenge for me. First time I can do warrior 3 and standing pigeon with a steady body and mind. Thank you Kassandra

Love the knee piling poses. I still find difficulty to do straddle yoga pose with forward fold. I’m sort of stiff all over after a night of sleep.
