⏱️ Duration: 30 minute workout + 4 minute cool down
🏋️♂️ Equipment: A set of dumbbells, a bench or chair, and a non-slip workout mat
💪🏽 Dumbbell: For reference only, I’m using 30 lb / 14 kg dumbbells

Im a mom and me and my 10 yr old boy are doing this. I’m so glad day 3 was leg day again. It made me feel AMAZING after being so sore from day 1. Don’t feel sore anymore. What I really LOOOOVE about these this channel how they barley talk. Straight to the point. Can’t wait to finish !!

Still sore from day 1 leg workout but here we goooo🎉 Q: why is it I never feel the kneeling hip thrust in my glutes but only in my knees 😢 Also my favourite workouts on RU-vid, hands down !

Great question! It could be because you are pushing with your toes. Instead of driving through the heels, some people tend to push with their toes, which can reduce the activation of the glutes and put more stress on the knees. Make sure to plant your feet firmly on the ground and focus on pushing through the heels and see if that helps.

You can do a lot with it... just like any bench at the gym. You can do abs on it, leg workouts, glute workouts, sit or lay on it... lots of ways to get creative with it.

Yes! Highly recommend rest days. We typically have rest days Thursdays and Sundays but do whatever is best for you!
