Welcome to this Four Part Summer Yoga Course. Classes will publish at 9 AM on Mondays for the whole month of June. This is a perfect follow up to the Beginner Yoga Challenge.

Today's practice pushed me more than any practice I have done in the past month and a little over half. I often returned to child's pose when the shoulders could not handle anymore at that time, but knew it was ok, because I will return and keep practicing. I have that feel good burn going on. Thank you for the challenge and push to continue. Loving this!!

I was never a good fan of yoga.... but seeing u doing all this... ur grace.. ur spirit.. i became a fan of yoga.. and started to learn yoga from a local teacher for the basics.... i look forward to a day when i finally be able to journey the path of yoga... with respect.... thanks Kino..

Kino you've been such a huge inspiration to me I began watching your yoga videos here on RU-vid 7 months ago and have practiced regularly at home ever since.I am 20 weeks pregnant and continue with some few moderations but everything you teach sticks with me along with your meditation videos! Yoga has helped me in all the ways you speak about and has allowed me to have a beautiful healthy pregnancy this far,my body feels amazing and I've learned the power of what my mind can have my body do,all with your advice and guidance.Thanks for being so inspiring❤️👍🏻

My arms and core will thank me today. So firing!!! Being strong is believing you can do it even when you seem its impossible. I felt like giving up but i reminded myself that I can do it, and I did. Thank you for being a blessing Kino 💗💗💗

NAMASTE GURUKINO, Very good Kino, I noticed something. When I watch these tapes I always run them a few times, because you can learn just as much when you are seeing you do a particular asana. You know what I mean, watching the body to see where everything is in relation to what you are doing. What I noticed watching this is when you were dipping from the plank position, your arms, hands, forearms and shoulder was in alignment, straight. Looking at your shoulder blades, your entire back dipped, and your arms did not move. You inspire me kino, not just doing the asanas, but the spirit of a yogini.

I've been doing this specific video for about two weeks and after being sick for a week and not doing it I felt an intensity that wasn't there before a focus and inner awareness. I never sweat and today it came dripping from my forehead. Thank you kino, I feel different. I can't explain it

By the time we did the full side plank, I had to do knees down! Definitely where I need to work! However, thank you for showing the safe way to do the shoulder stretch in bridge. I've been coming up with some really creative ways of getting into it...and yours was the simplest! I will definitely bee visiting this video!

Great shoulder and core session! Got some nice burning and shaking in the end.😊 I appreciate how you talk about strength as both an inner quality and a muscular part. I've always been physically strong, but it isn't until the last year's that I've been able to transfer that strength to heart and spirit. Your videos have been a big part of that shift, thank you! ❤

Thank you again. Elbow backbend was just what I needed to be reminded of! I've been working on opening up my shoulders every day for few weeks now. And this one really felt where I needed it! I kind of had a hard day today and felt like I had no strength at all. But glad I practiced anyway :)

great video and sequence as usual. my shoulders are tighter than most so i had to pause the video and do some additional stretching at the begining to loosen up. Thanks Kino!!

@kinoyoga this video is truly a blessing. I have been asking many people how to improve my chatarunga dadasana and have become obsessed with blaming my lack of core. When people asked if my shoulders were ready.. I instinctively said OF COURSE! This was exactly what I needed but couldn't find. This will help me improve my chatarunga and I am starting to feel the activation of parts of my shoulders I have never before felt. Thank you so much! Lesson learned > don't assume! This is also special to me because I am watching it on #internationalyogaday. My practice is based on my love of focusing and relaxing. I track my progress with #focusvrelax and as a mantra it allows me to choose the middle path.. medium effort.. and stay curious! You mention in this video that working shoulders is all about relaxation and activation. This is what made it click for me and start to understanding strength. Kino, I'm very grateful for being able to join this Summer Yoga Course. I've been coming back to your videos to practice especially Day 2 which I do every other day. Super amazed on how strong I became, as I was able to practice with you and finish this Day 3 video (except lifting the head comfortably while in elbow backbend 😂) When I was new in this journey, I can't even finish half of your "Yoga for Beginners, Journey into Strength with Kino" 🙈😂Thanks sooo much! Wow! Just when I gained some confidence, you present us with another amazing sequence to face just enough challenge accompanied by just enough sweat! Thanks kino today finally I was able to do it! I'm not naturally strong either I've had to work extra hard to accomplish the little progress I' have nos.. But is this tipe of drills and movements that complements my Asthanga practice, which I have to say seré not a easy after half primary this morning hehehehe! A big hug from Venezuela

I completed this workout yesterday I thought the core workout was tough! This one is really tough :) and this morning, my arms, abs and quads are so sore!! Thank you Kino for these awesome yoga workouts. They are all going in my favourites so I can keep doing them. :)

Arms feel like jello now lol thanks for a great butt kicking..or maybe shoulder kicking! Hehe I'm able to hold arm balances much longer now. I'm going to continue to do this video until it becomes easy for me! All my love
