I started this series April 2 (so this still fell on a Monday for me!) and really enjoying it. Today is the first day that some of the moves that seemed nearly impossible before have felt doable! I'm excited to be making progress with what my body can do already on just Day 7 :)
Love ittttt! After HIIT exercise it was kinda meditation for me. I really felt awesome and 32 mins felt like 3 minutes... Thank you so much! Soo Day 7 - DONE!!!
Loved this workout although it was tough at times. I think it’s the reverse rocking on the belly i cant seem to lift my upper or lower body. Not sure what I’m doing wrong.
Day 7 done =D Except I slacked off yesterday and am doing this on a Tuesday instead -_- Couldn't keep up with the swimming, had to stop mid-way. But I really like the pace of the exercises, it's great for beginners. They are always over just before I can't do it anymore.
This was a great workout. Thank you so much!! ... but...I wish you did some transitions and some movements a bit slower. I felt like trying to catch you and I had to pause the video in order to complete previous exercise and embrace the next one...also some exercises are better and more effective performed slower than in the quicker pace
Thank you for the feedback. My intention with this workout video was to have some quicker pace to get more energy into the body and mind. Would definitely focus more on slower transition in the full body workouts 💛💛
