Let's be real though, this is RU-vid and he knows he's being filmed. I'm sure he's supportive, but remember people aren't always what they seem to be, especially on You Tube or social media ect.
She looks so happy and strong. 🥺 It makes me so happy she's finally comfortable and in peace with food and health. She looks beautiful when she's happy.
The fact that she trusted the process of "all in" to learn her body while creating an epic series on YT, proving the haters wrong, and now writing a book is AMAZING! #respect
yes!!! thank you steph your whole all-in journey corresponding exactly with my ED recovery journey. seeing your posts on IG was so helpful to me ♥️♥️♥️
Everyone should have a Jeff in their life. I love how supportive he is and i just love you as a couple. Other than that you are such an inspiration. Dealing with an eating disorder for 10 years i am so impressed with what you've done! Wish to as brave myself.
While I totally respect your comment, Jeff has been her bf for over 4 years with zero inclination to take this relationship to the next level. At the end of the day, he can leave her and he will her the minute someone better comes along. This couple is cute but by no means an “inspiration” ... it’s a sad long distance relationship/situationship. Sorry to be blunt but young women should not be aspiring to this. Almost 5 years of dating with no word of engagement or marriage and she talks about wanting a family and children. With all due respect hon; no one should be looking up to this or using her as a role model for romantic relationships. .
@@natg3486 Everyone has their own definition of a successful relationship -- not all end in or progress to marriage, and that's okay. It's not our place to make assumptions on what they should or should not do.
@@natg3486 do you know them personally? How did you know jeff has zero inclination to take it to the nxt level? Based on their youtube videos? Social media? Do you hang out with them 24/7?
@@natg3486 I am together with my bf also for 4 years and semi long-D due to our work, it works perfectly for us and we don’t believe in marriage so no plan to get married, I hate kids, he hate kids. How is it a point to judge someone’s relationship...? I dunno why your relationship option is only marriage or it’s nasty, are you from the middle age?
I'm so happy for her. She looks like shes in a really good place in her place especially coming from where she was. Watching her insta stories broke my heart at times but im glad shes doing better!!
“I am training for performance, I am not training for a particular look right now because that doesn’t interest me” - staphanie buttermore This is the similar quote that I got me out of eating disorder vicious cycle, which was: “I’ve come to see my body as what it can do, Rather than ‘How does it look’?” - natacha oceane
Exact same for me!!!! I am the strongest I've ever been and my mom told me I looked like I had lost weight the other day and I almost cried. I haven't lost weight it's just my mom will never not see me as anorexic she was traumatized by my experience and will not go to therapy for it. It's makes for a frustrating relationship since I've worked so hard to be well and she can't get past what happened 20 years ago!!!!
I have to let you know that watching you go through this process has been so helpful. I am in recovery from bulima and anorexia. It is nice to see a creator, do the intuitive eating process because it makes me want to recover more. The way you are so comfortable around food and know you body is something I wish to have in the future. And I really respect you for all the hard work you have done and watching you go through all of this has made me feel not alone in this process. I know you did not have an eating disorder, but I am trying to do intuitive eating and work on my relationship with my body. So, thank you.
I know this is SO not your vibe but can you PLEASE do like a skincare routine? Your skin is always glowing..I know it’s mostly genetic but we still wanna know!
It might not be genetic. My skin is prone to dryness and dullness...when i use acids (like glycolic or lactic) as well as washing with a cloth and retinoids daily it glows all the time now! Definitely go slow when bringing in new products though. Those are potent.
Been a little down and out with my training and this video (especially seeing you be easier on yourself and being so encouraged by Jeff and your weights) just gives me such good vibes and motivation!
it is so crazy how your all in experience really paid off incredibly well! you just seem so much more content with your lifestyle and you have so much more energy. it’s really inspiring to see how your story pans out. it’s definitely one i needed!
you have no idea how much I needed to see this video. I injured my back right before COVID and then was never able to get back in the gym consistently to re-build. I just started strength training again last week and I feel so weak and like a noob. Hearing you say that it's ok to just throw out the old numbers and start fresh is really soothing in a way.
Your journey is so real - through the ups and downs, you show it all and still shine 🙌 thank you for continuing to share your story with us ♥️we are all behind you!
I just started my fitness and health journey, and you are such an inspiration for me! You cover all aspects of what it means to have a truly healthy body, you address and encompass real all factors- Mental health, physical health, nutritional health and self compassion! Keep doing what you are doing you are soo amazing!
I love this style of vlog! This made me want to cry. Seeing your growth is absolutely inspiring. The relationship you have with Jeff as well is goals. The love between you two is exactly what I want. We want more!
As a scientist I have to ask, have you ever considered publishing your data from your All In journey as a case study? Or potentially writing a review on the topic?
Is nobody gonna talk about how crazy expensive a place like that must be in the GTA??? It's that RU-vid 💸💸💸 in full effect! But damn Stephanie, good for you girl!
Idk whether they both contributed to buying the place or not but honestly, Jeff absolutely deserves a place like that. He puts out such quality content and I keep coming back to it time and time again to help design my training programs.
My first thought also. I was like, what?? That house?? I was looking around my modest 1& 1/2 room appartment and feeling a bit sorry for myself 😏🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️.
I have been following you for about three years now on youtube, and I love seeing how happy you are at this point in your life! You have been very inspiring to me in my health journey, so thank you for being so raw and genuine in your content because this is what we need to see more of :)
@@carabara1886 I live in between Bartlett and Granger😔. Grangers water is on a boil notice too, but we don’t have it out here? Our water company won’t even take our calls🥲. At least we had snow to melt for water💀
Cannot wait to order your book once available! You’ve always looked amazing but WOW your physique now is incredible. You look SO full yet strong and lean. Wow goals! Good to know you have an even better mindset too 👍🏼
Your journey is the craziest one I've seen on YT - it inspires me so much!!! I did a lot of yo-yo binge restrict dieting but I tried reverse dieting (obviously nowhere near your all in plunge...) but it was your videos which gave me the confidence to increase my caloric intake, and it is the best thing I've done in ages - no impact on fat loss but a huge increase in muscle gain, energy levels and satiety! Think you look better now than ever - strong, healthy and satsified!
I actually LOVED this style of video (I love all your videos) however this style I found really motivating and comforting in a sense where it feels like everything's going to be all right! I think the way you come across is really inspiring and I cant wait to get your book once you finish! The way you edit is really motivating and I love your life hacks and tips!
I love your simplicity and humility. Def one of the best people! I'm so happy to see you very very happy. And your relationship with Jeff is my epitome of loveeee. Love you guys! More power! 💓
Hey steph I just want to let u know that uve had such a big impact on my mentality in addition to my lifestyle so keep going steph my inspiration ❤️❤️❤️💪💪🙏
i can't put into words how much of an inspiration you've been for me. I see your videos and i feel your joy reach out through the screen and it truly makes me happy whenever i see you; i can now take rest days without feeling so much guilt, eat without many restraints, and the moment i start saying bad things to myself i just remember you and how you've taught me that eating when your body is hungry is okay (unlike diet culture says). so, i just wanted to say THANK YOU! and btw i love these kind of videos, it just makes me more motivated, now i am interested in heavy lifting and i'm currently considering it because you look gorgeous
Love seeing your journey no matter what journey you’re on. On another note, beautiful home! I love that’s it’s different from the typical RU-vidr home cuz it actually has style 🤣
I'm in quasi recovery. Going to the gym and afriad to really lift. Thank you so much for showing yourself and your journey. It helps me, and I'm sure many others, embrace becoming a better version of ourselves.
No not just you. I have not even her when she doesn’t look good. I especially like it when she lets us see her with no makeup or sweaty. Love her and Jeff!
I'm skinny and I know very little about diets and working out, but I still watch your videos 'cuz I like them and you r very optimistic, so you give me motivation, I' m so happy to see you healthy and feeling good
Your house is beautiful, love the decorating. I also love this type of video, glad to see a new upload. At first, I had fun watching your cheat day videos, they didn’t make me hungry compared to when I usually see food in videos, I guess because I don’t really crave donuts and sweets. But good for you for moving past that point in your life, it was fun to watch but I’m sure it’s a relief when you no longer feel the urge to eat in those quantities.
RU-vid/Social Media/Sponsorships (if any). Fitness plans. Merch/clothing. She also has a Degree and had a lucrative career before RU-vid. It’s 100% possible with multiple streams of income!! And now she’s writing a book. YES QUEEN
Love seeing how happy you are after working out :) Who wouldn't be after having Jeff coaching and cheering you on? The cutest ever. Welcome to Ontario!! I love how you love the snow here.....it makes me appreciate it top, seeing it from another's point of view.
Can you please talk more in-depth about how you dealt with your injury? I have a bulging disc and am currently doing physiotherapy, but how did you start re incorporating weightlifting into your workouts? Would appreciate it so so so much ❤️🥺
Steph you are truly such a inspiration and living proof that once you put your mind to it. It will work out!! The consistency is motivating and you look so happy and energetic!! Excited for more content to come
You are amazing! I love your videos, they are so inspiring and real at the same time! Please keep making them, because they always motivate me, make me smile and just remind me that life is not so much about how much you weight, but how you truly feel about yourself... love u
Stephanie's anxiety is affecting her eating a LOT and you can tell. She's a lot thinner than she was in her last video... It reminds me of how I used to be when I was lifting a lot with severe life anxiety, I became malnourished because I never felt hungry and was getting stomach pains whenever I tried to eat.
Me too. I still forced myself to eat even though it was hard for me to swallow. I knew if I stopped eating my anxiety would get worse. I think its because stress hormones tell your stomach to produce more acid. It's part of fight or flight response. That's the explanation my doctor gave me. I don't remember the particulars.
Love this so much Steph! You are truly so vibrant & it’s beautiful watching you grow both mentally and physically! Jeff is such a rockstar, I hope to meet someone as amazing as him someday! Can’t wait for your book to come out, i’m sure it will be as beautiful as you and your story. Much love! ❤️
Hi Stephanie, I enjoy watching all your posts. Your so real, like your having a conversation with us, love the delivery, the things I've learned, your energy, love that your a foodie like me, and how you share all the good & the bad things in life that become lessons to learn in life. I often don't see it in the moment but I do over time as I reflect back on it. Love your channel so keep it up. From your Canadian neighbor 😊
When you’re looking for a designer you should look up Beatrice Caruso- she’s an amazing artist and graphic designer so she might be worth a try. Plus she’s an equally inspiring RU-vidr, really funny and down to earth, I bet you’d appreciate her content. A collaboration would be epic!
hi steph! would you include how different foods affected ur moods during ur journey? eg; is it true prcoessed foods make u more sad etc! thanks! love seeing u so happy xo
So happy to see what you are up to!! I miss your videos and always get super excited when you post. Your all in journey was inspiration for me doing my own and starting recovery from ED. Thank you for all you do! And yes, please more vlogs!
I LOVE your new goals! I've been watching your journey for over a year now, and you always continue to challenge and inspire me! It was because of your channel I first started working out
it looks like she is going back to how she use to look like before her all in journey . I hope she doesnt drop anymore weight! i use to feel so inspired by her but lately i aint sure no more
@@privateaccount8004 or she does a lot of cardio I do high intensity cardio cardio 5 days a week I also average 14,000 steps per day I eat between 1,800 and 2,000 calories Monday thru Friday I will eat a little more on weekends I am 5'11 the last time I weighed myself over a week ago, I was 170 lbs I am trying to get down to 165 lbs which is within a healthy BMI range I am 49 years old just because I get older doesn't mean that I have to let myself go
Also herniated two discs in my lower back and the only thing that saved me was McKenzie exercises and then progressing to yoga. When I haven’t done that in a while, my back starts to feel it. Warm wishes and congrats on your new house. It is lovely! (Especially those stairs! Love 🤯 Yes more vlogs!)
Thank you for telling your story and pointing out that numbers don’t matter after injury.. I am having a surgery for hernia next week and I was really upset that I won’t be able to train as usual for a while. Thank you for inspiration! 🙏
