I loved your old videos. It was amazing to see you scoff down so much amazing food and you just seem so happy doing it. At first this video was a bit disappointing until you said a few things about how you actually felt back then and it touched me to my core! I’m so glad you made peace with your food, demons and thank you for letting us be part of your transformation to peace. ❤️
Bro, i could never do such a crazy cheat day! I just do like 4,000 calorie cheat days every like 2 to 3 weeks. I could never stay that disciplined for too long.😅
The only person who has ever fat-shamed me is my mother. She has narcisstic personality disorder. I went no contact with her about a year ago. My relationship with food is so much healthier now.
Every time I get critical of myself and feel like going back I come here and it always works. You are the biggest inspiration on the Internet. Thank you for being brave and putting yourself out here and doing this for YOU and therefore for us. ❤
I gained weight during chemotherapy and I have a hard time getting back to my normal weight… so now I am finally learning about my relationship with food… I am not there yet..
Have you heard of Appetite Correction. Eating your meals in a 5 hour window, but you are not continuously eating through the 5 hours. It’s a snack, dinner and dessert.
Great to see how far you’ve come! I went all in a few years ago because I had NO hunger cues from a previous eating disorder and it was the best thing I could’ve done for my body. I still don’t always eat healthy but I have a healthy relationship with food and my physiological responses to hunger are normal which is a heaven sent! Your video really highlights just how bad restricting can be for many of us. Enjoying food is a normal part of our survival since it incentivizes us to seek out different food sources that add to our overall health and brain function. It’s more important we foster a healthy relationship with food than simply just eating healthy. Much love and good luck to everyone on their food journeys! ❤
I'm about one month into ed recovery and the amount of weight I've gained SCARES ME SOOO MUCH, but this video is honestly so helpful. I thought there was something severely wrong with me, and I was alone, but I'm really glad to see this happened to others ❤
hey idk who you are but congratulations!! ed recovery can be hard and i know from personal experience. there's absolutely nothing wrong with you, i promise that, you're not alone.
I have just recently started watching your videos. I’ve been on a health journey for the past few months and watched so many videos on healthy eating, etc. Your videos are the best and most realistic of any that I have watched. Thank you for sharing your experience. ❤️
Stephanie is not an epitome of health or fitness whatsoever. She is just like many women, she is struggling with her self-image, body-image, esteem, etc. We just all have different ways of coping depending on your knowledge and learning. The fitness industry is just in the opposite end of the spectrum where on the other end is obesity but both and either way when taken into extreme, is very unhealthy and neurotic. Fixating on it and monetizing that, I'll give her that. It's like watching Eugenia Cooney but just not as morbid. I stopped watching and unsubbed. Just dropped by here after seeing a video on shorts of her doing a pull up with what seemed to look like she had gotten a BBL? uhmm ok.. I hope we all get better. I understand I'm also a woman. I think I will be struggling with the same issues forever.
Truth. Women who are constantly getting fillers and Botox and need to have a “perfect body” are never happy no matter how hard they try to be the “it girl”

9:43 The highlight of the dinner was fries, grated cheese and gravy!?!? As a Québécois, it's a blasphemy! This is not a poutine! It's does not have fresh squeaky cheese curds! Give it another name! By the way, poutine is like more of a Québécois thing, not Canadian!
I come back to your videos every once in a while when I feel like my ED thoughts are coming back. After I watch them I feel like Im walking into a more healthy direction again. Thank you
i think so many men had weird reactions because the root of misogyny - especially when its unconscious - is about keeping women small. you were being brave and bucking the status quote and willfully choosing to get bigger in a very public way, so the people with a lot of unhealthy toxic masculine energy - largely males - felt their unearned status at risk and tried to do whatever nonsense they could to protect their weak ass selves.
