Hey, thank you for sharing about your process for your therapy session. I've gone to therapy before, but it always felt like I was doing therapy 'wrong'. So I stopped with it. But now that I got to see your process, maybe it was just that I should've come more prepared to get more out of therapy. Will try it next time I start with therapy again.

Processing before your session can be a game changer. Don’t hesitate to tell your therapist if something doesn’t feel right

@@cafewithmonica It felt like I was hurting her feelings when I mentioned it. Processing and preparing how I should've said it could probably have helped in tha scenario as well :)

Thank you so much what a kind comment to wake up to!. I typically get my sweaters from H&M, old navy, aritzia (loungewear) , or petal and pup. I may do a video on what outfits I wear if it's something you're interested and I can add all the links.
