@@jaybig360 no not really they would most likely train you , I worked at the Cheesecake Factory a year ago but not as line cook , are you still studying the course ?
i started as prep but moved to the line to get that experience for my career. i was on the oven side and did criticals and it was honestly really stressful but working in this industry gives me such pride and sense of achievement that i would do it any day.
