Here's some of the changes I know about. 1. Original you could be any power and any role. You could be like a fire healer or an ice controller or anything in-between. 2. Hard light was going to be a weapon at first and not a power . We also would have had magic wands and knife and a gun as a weapon set. 3 we also would have had a massive 8v8 pvp heroes and villains with 8v8 JLA and LOD fighting Doomsday in a Metropolis map . It would have been insane. 4. The Earth power was originally going to look like abilities that Clayface uses. 5. The renown system was going to be different. Heroes and villains would communicate with you more and have special missions to do with them. The ultimate goal would have been that your character would feel more like a member of those heroes or villains' inner circle. 6. Original the Flash in game was going to be Wally West, but DC was bringing Barry back, so they wanted him to be the Flash instead . 7 Vandal Savage was originally going to be the villain that caused everyone to get powers, but DC wanted it to change to Lex because they felt nobody would know who Vandal was.
That weapon does exist it's the monk blade single handed and your powers use to be incorporated in your weapons but they removed that when they introduced they altered the gameplay to Advanced Mechanics.
@@notthemovie I read on old forum post you can get it with villain -The Villain only Dark Shadows Level 17 mission has a selectable One-Handed weapon with the Monk Blade style.
2:52 I will say back in the day they used to be. Like I remember staff and dual wield for some attacks like let’s say a fire bear, would shoot out the tip of your weapon. Problem is people should able to choose if a power comes out their weapon or not. Like I have a gadget green arrow character it would be dope if his sticky bomb came from an arrow instead. But if I have a character where I want the power to come from their body, that should be allowed too
