Hi little angels. Thank you for watching this thing that means so much to me. I lost my dad 8 years ago and nothing will ever be the same, so we might as well eat about it.
Here's that recipe I promised you:
| Frank's Spaghetti and Meatballs |
Marinara
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 head of garlic peeled and chopped fine.
3/4 medium onion chopped fine
3 tbsp. tomato paste
2 24 oz cans crushed, peeled tomatoes
Red wine
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. hot red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste (more than you think you need)
Meatballs
1 lb. 80/20 ground beef
3/4 lb Italian sausage if your preference
1/2 head of garlic, chopped fine
1/4 onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
1-2 eggs
1/2 tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
1/2 tbsp. hot red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
