I remember when in the first game all special infected show up and the most terrified was the butcher but now this one clown version, get me more scared 😱

I barely played the first game before this came out. Starting off, it felt like the game was trying to hard with jokes at the beginning and the humor felt dated, then I got to the first boss fight and it finally clicked in my head. “Oh shit, it’s like Borderlands. It’s not meant to be serious.” Then I enjoyed the hell out of the game because I stopped treating it like a survival game and more like an action shooter like it’s supposed to be.

The first on with the bride outfit Literally scared the shit of me I was running around that table back and forward lol it was my first boss fight in dl2 😅

Gotta say the bosses in this game are very cool and unique. It also cool how the apex variants are bosses before you can actually fight them in the open world.

Doing my second play through and wow the bride was way easier haha, I died so many times against it. Now I was able to kill it in one run through.

I like how this game is mainly around melee weapons instead of the regular guns and there are guns but that is not until later into the game plus you get like one when you get it.

im playing the game at the moment and honestly the zombies are waay too hard to kill i wish they would get rid of the health points crap and base damage off biology so if you destroy the brain its game over for them

The zombies requires way too many hits to die. Running into a group of 4-5 zombies is a pain in the ass. The most annoying thing is how zombies appears during boss battles.

Dead Island 2 was amazing. Only need to finish the 2 dlc's and ofcourse hoping for more content to this awesome game! For me the game had an open ending.

Idk about you guys, but Beckie the Bride and Nikki Gutte were the hardest ones for me because of the lower level I was at in those fights and just their overall abilities which were also beefed up since they were bosses. Beckie tanked everything I threw at her and Nikki was annoying as fuck with the screaming to draw more zombies out and the high-damage slashes with her claws. The rest of them were difficult in their own right, but those two still get me when I replay the game.

Question: Did anyone get The achievement "Personal Assistant Personally Assisted" after Saving Michael from the studio on their first playthrough? Because it glitched out on my first playthrough and it still didn't unlock on my second playthrough.

As a fan if the first game I personally feel like they went in reverse. What was wrong with the first games bosses!?

next time on dillion and noah, you should save your rifle ammo. Doing that will make you be able to kill them in less than a minute. and be sure to shoot them in the knees

Less dead island and more derivative dying light I liked the original dead island but riptide made it so only sam B is sturdy enough to handle most situations, especially hoodlums, and not die. They nerfed logan into obscurity with thrown weapons sometimes disappearing, they nerfed xian mei so she can't crit as often, purna became a stark standout firearm specialist, and john morgan uppercuts and kicks enemies till they turn into pudding. Important note: I had to mod my game so that the original values existed just to balance the characters again. Making each one more intuitive for desired playstyles. Xian mei is now an assassin type fighter Purna is a gung ho firearm goddess Sam B now sends enemies flying on crit reliably Logan is still a little forgotten but boomerang is boosted to 100% so he can reliably throw weapons and not lose them.

This gameplay just puts me to sleep, not only the mechanics are barely there, it looks like a calm interlude between actually important moments in game instead of a key one.
