Man, He definitly doesn't have to sound like him. He's a very good singer himself and a brutaly good guitarist with damn good feeling. I figure he even wrote this song ... and many more.
I wonder why Richie didn't sing it while at Bon Jovi. His voice is more soulful and bluesy than Jon Bon Jovi. His and Ori's interplay during solos is phenomenal. Ori adds some stunning bluesy licks and runs to this song. Therefore this is a bluesy rendition of Jon Bon Jovi's monster hit.
I was at this gig as well and have a completely different opinion of this lot - they were embarrassing bad - and as for a perfect band to go with Bad Co! Only to prove just how good Bad Co are - more talent in Paul Rogers big toe than 3 of this joker
I agree, seems very thrown together, and just...bad. Even Orianthi couldn't save em! Paul Rodgers is AWESOME! Never really cared for bad co.. but as i got older, then heard him with; THE FIRM, FOREIGNER, QUEEN.... THOROUGHLY AMAZED with the guy!!
Orianthi is like sparkle rockin barbie, but RS is DEF no Jon Bon Jovi, sorry bro. it also seemed very scattered, like ppl on stage didn't really know what was coming next... stop drinking!!
