DEADBEAT Dad & His GF Claim Harassment From His Baby Momma But She Claims THEY Are The Problem!

Today’s TPO hearing is a messy one!
Mom claims that’s Dad is harassing her and using his latest
GF to to send her rude text messages but the GF claims that Mom is actually harassing both of
them and Dad has filed for a TPO too.
We start the hearing with the women fighting over who’s been harassing who and they won’t
stop screeching at each other no matter how many times the judge mutes them.
Mom shows
us a series of crude text messages she claims the GF sent her but the judge questions why her
responses were just as bad as the GF’s. Mom even has the GF in her phone as "The Gorilla" and Dad as "Deadbeat B*tch".
Charming.
Finally, the judge can’t take the yelling anymore and
decides to wait for Dad’s case to continue.
When Dad appears, he goes on and on about all the horrible things his baby momma has done
to him but will he be able to produce any evidence and will Judge Manning get through this
hearing without losing her mind?

Why do they even have each other's phone numbers??? She even says "I was worried about even giving her my number." If she somehow got it without your permission, why are you engaging and not just blocking her??? They both love this drama. Absolutely ridiculous. Judge Manning has the patience of a saint. I could barely listen to one case, let alone dealing with this foolishness day in and day out.

My husband & I were together for 25 years, high school sweethearts & married a few years later. We have 2 children & they were young at the time. We’ve never had a problem communicating by phone or text when it involves them. That kind of jealous and controlling behavior is immature, selfish & shows someone’s insecurity. My ex’s wife didn’t like it at first but she is very understanding now. My next relationship came along & he was with us for 15 years. My kids refer to him as step dad. The women he’s with now, won’t allow him to talk to the kids. My son is autistic & she doesn’t care, that they formed a bond. She blocks my son’s number & erases his messages then would text me accusing me of crazy stuff, unprovoked as well as showing up at my home. She’s very narcissistic. She’ll throw a week long fit. Sleep on the sofa With the silent treatment for a week or two if she finds out he called & spoke to him. I’m not fighting over ANY man, none! I don’t trust anyone because you don’t who you’re getting involved with.🫶🏼❤️✌️

Mom is bitter. Girlfriend is crazy but mom is certifiable. I don’t know her so why would I go after her… 😳 But you are. She keeps saying it’s not just her it’s several and he’s using her blah blah blah. All of that does not look like mom thinks it’s gonna look, it just makes her look like a bitter, jealous ex that will do whatever to f up all of dad’s relationships.

Exactly. And if you read the texts she was trying to show, she was not just talking about how her daughter "lied" and couldn't come over. It was about how all she wants from him is money, and how her new man is enough of a male role model so the daughters don't "need" their father. She's vile. I actually believe him that she is showing up places, calling and harassing him and his GF. She was lying right there with her own proof to show her lies! 😂😬🤦😵‍💫

This reminds me of my step brothers who have about 20 kids each. Both of them are deadbeat bums who have been in and out of prison and don't bother with jobs or bank accounts (cause then the government can take any money you might get for child support). They mooch off the current woman they live with. I have never seen the appeal and cannot comprehend why anyone would want to have a relationship, let alone a child, with either of them.

I don't get how these people function in society. Someone who can't go a single sentence without butchering the English language like a runaway train (or if I put it more graciously 'speaks the tongue of her native hood') isn't going to get hired for many jobs. I get that not everyone speaks the Queens English or possesses perfect grammar, but speaking like this in court is like showing up to a job interview in flipflops and a sweaty bra. Yes, you aren't naked / can communicate, but it shows just such an utter lack of care and effort towards being understood by and catering to the audience you ask things from that it blows my mind. Good impressions matter, and these ladies just scream that they are 'a part of the problem'.

There should be a class in high school. - look at the person to your right. You now have a child with them. Get to know each other. Make a parenting plan, a financial plan, a living schedule, a plan for in-laws, plan for breaking up, plan for another person. No one would have children!

No, but leveraging any contact with the kids for it, is. She is holding the kids over his head. If you read the texts she pulled up supposedly about how her daughter was lying and wouldn't be coming over, you'll see how mom was telling him all she wants from him is money, how her new boyfriend is the only father figure the kids need, and how she is trying to convince the children that they need to "give up on having the dad they want"....... when all they want is a relationship with their ACTUAL dad. She is absolutely using the children as pawns, demanding money "or you will never see the children" type BS. She is alienating those girls from their father while she herself is showing up at his work, calling his GF and being nasty. Why would it matter to her how he is with his new GF? Because she is controlling and is hung up on him. She wants to control every bit of his life and how he relates with the children. But money? Oh she wants it all.

My bf of 9 years has primary custody of his 3 kids that he had with his ex wife. The mom has issues and is just overall very immature and enjoys drama and involving the kids in it. She’s done things that have made me mad, like MAD MAD, but at the end of the day me reacting to her isn’t going to benefit their 3 kids that fiercely love their mom and dad. I think partners of men with a “baby momma” need to really evaluate what they’re doing to the innocents in this situation, the children. The kids think I think she’s the most amazing mom in the world bc that’s how I present my opinion of her to them, I can’t imagine how they’d feel if I was openly bashing and hating on their mom, that’s such a horrible situation to put children in.

I don't understand these people. I was married 24 yrs , divorced ( 3 kids) and remarried now for 8 yrs. My now husband and my ex-husband get along well, I love my ex-husbands now wife. We ALL celebrate birthdays and grandkids birthdays together. Our kids and grandkids deserve mature parents that love them more than our differences. These woman thrive on DRAMA. Life is way to short for this kinda mess.

I tried watching this two separate times, a week apart, and just can't. All three of these people are horrible and deserve each other. I can't make myself care at all. I don't understand why the judge entertained ANY of this nonsense. She should have just dismissed it after 10 minutes, but I think she loves the drama and enjoys hearing the dirt.
