The fact that these “content creators” really have so much say and weight into what happens in 2K is crazy. Just because they dislike something they start whining and complaining about it to 2K then something nobody had a problem with ends up getting changed. Or in this situation something that desperately needed to be done to make the game more like ACTUAL BASKETBALL happens and they throw a fit because they can’t make RU-vid shorts or TikToks of how they’re “dribble gods” It’s literally only them and park players who complain who idk could be a small majority but since they give 2K so much money it’s all they seem to listen to.

Most content creators are overrated in my opinion. Most of them do the same repetitive thing over and over again. NBA 2k content for example, They run Pick and Roll, ISO and speed glitch to the basket. They run no sets, they don’t make the extra pass, they dont get their teammates involved and are afraid to show losing games. The monotony is destroying their entertainment value. NCAA 14 and Madden is the same way. They hike the ball rollout right away and wait for the receiver to break and throw the ball. They drop 15-20 yards. They don’t stay in the pocket. There is never no QB scrambling from in between the tackles when the pocket breaks down. They throw into double and triple coverage and then complain about it. There is a very small percentage of content creators that create sports content with integrity exercised towards realism and immersion. That are willing to show the lows and highs. Who don’t purposely exploit the flaws in games and then they try to compensate it with adjusted sliders. Most creators only care about the clout and not a quality game that conveys an actual sports experience. 💯
It’s crazy bro cause the narrative was not like this when going from ps3 to ps4 I don’t understand why content creators pushing this narrative it’s annoying af.Also I think they stay on last gen,cause lil timmy still and his friends on last gen so I think the comp level is lower on last gen.All the ppl on next gen are in our age bracket bro.So we know how to play that cheesy shit content creators get away with on ps4 not flying on next gen.
Normally I would say, forget last gen and focus on the next gen for all games, but it's still not that easy to even get a PS5 right now, so I'm on the fence on this one.
I don’t think your clout chasing but I do think you got them misunderstood nobody is fooling me into current gen because of how cheesy it is but next gen is an upgrade in graphics but lacks any motivation to be fun it doesn’t have to be cheesy but it could be a little more loose on the animations they feel a little stiff and sometimes you get a hassled for grinding just needs to change its image a little bit
First off I play both and i believe that they are going nerf 2k23 current gen. I don’t play with guards pros and cons to both current gen it was much easier to grind my players next generation was very expensive I made two players on next gen. The 150 dollars version is going to be my option because my players levels up fast with 10 percent boost. Current had the best prizes from spinning the wheel and next offered little to nothing. 2k listen to the cries from 2k22 you have to put thought into building a myplayer and those left righters from 2k22 will end up playing power forward or center mark my words
Idk man, 2K22 on last gen has more of an arcade feel to it. Next gen has more of a simulation approach to it. However, I'm not going back to play last gen on a next gen console. And to tell folks to go and play last gen on a next gen console is just dumb. Especially when they can get the full experience on next gen. It's like Madden. On last gen, everything felt quicker and snappier, like there was no real weight and momentum to the players. Running animations weren't different, etc. Next gen, you can tell it's a different game.
@@JDivine911 naw man maybe playing pro am is smoother but go ahead and try play now online. The game isn't based on skill. It's what the game pre determines. For example playing the current heat against the 16-17 warriors. That is the same issue with last gen. Plus the game is slower and cpu players are more retarded just like last gen causing you to lose games cause of the game pre determined outcomes. The last 2k to reward skill was 2k15. Oh and don't get me started on myteam on next gen
