I'm glad that he stood his ground with Judge Mathis because his behavior was towards this man was unwarranted.

I like the way this guy respectfully stood up to the judge.

Honestly, i think JM caused the girl more trauma than needed.

I love when someone gets back at that judge with his sensitive self.. Try to overtalk someone when he wrong!!!

Judge Mathis came at this guy sideways for telling the truth. He wasn't disrespectful when he said her mom was loose.

Baby, I thought I was tripping. I had to come read these comments. Judge Mathis did way too much for no reason in the first case. That man was just explaining his truth. Lord help him!

JM understood exactly what the defendant was saying and why. And he didnt put her family down. He just said that his family had more than the other potential fathers.

As much as I love Judge Mathis, the fact of the matter is that he is in some regards a bully. As with most bullies they can't stand it when others stand up to them which is what happened in the first case. Where is the fault in stating that his financial situation was the possible reason the child was pushed his way? Its happened many times in the past and will certainly happen in the future where a mother, unsure of who the father of her child is opts for the man she believes will give the child the most stability. Judge Mathis calling the man a fool is way out of order and his anger at feeling confronted got the better of him. Not the best look but he is of course human and fallible.

As soon as that man said his family had money judge Mathis went right into hater mode as he usually does and went off on this man for telling the truth.. Mathis got some real self esteem issues.

Judge knows damn well people will lie and say somebody the dad because of money. Why did he get so mad because he said that. Because it could upset the plaintiff? The truth hurts sometimes 🤷🏽‍♀️

Whenever someone talks about having money, JM gets sooooo agressive with them.

Judge Mathis truly rubbed me the wrong way with this! That man didn’t do or say anything wrong! And I’m glad he stood up for himself and didn’t let all that yelling JM did make him back down. Because at THE END OF THE DAY he didn’t lie! The lady was promiscuous and she still didn’t know who her damn father is…

JM always offers his guests therapy when they have emotional issues. He needs to go get a therapist himself.

Then JM is a hypocrite because in the second case he asks the Defendant how you know it your father jokingly implying that his mom was fast so why did he come down on the first defendant so harsh smh 🤦🏿‍♂️

This was so weird! She spoke so highly of the guy on the first case but then came back talking about "you see what i was dealing with before"!😮 And the wildest part is Judge Mathis didn't even remember her a month later!🤦🏾‍♀️

He could’ve had a tragic happen to him and his memory wasn’t that great, so how can you be upset at him for not remembering what age she was, I’m 42 and Covid tore my memory up

Yo the crazy thing is she had nothing but good stuff to say about the dude in the first case “he stepped up and made sure u was good and came as a godparent and helped raise her”… then when JM go on a corny lack of 🐱 rant now all of a sudden “we see what she was dealing with the last 30 years”

Mathis met his match this day. The man was very respectful to the court and Mathis got all emotional and attacked the man's upbringing which he knew nothing about. Great job to the defendant. And he told the truth! He's not the father and the promiscuous mother LIED probably because they were the most financially stable out of all the guys like he said

The first case : JM lost it on that one. That man did nothing wrong..he told the truth her mother was running around and tried to pin the baby on him because he was financialy stable ..even the plaintiff followed her mothers footsteps cuz she was running the streets also. the DNA proved that he wasnt and JM still disrespecting the man.

That was disgusting how JM acted. He sat there and tried to make that man look bad and also ruin any kind of relationship they had by putting things in that girls mind badly against him when all he did was try to help her. JM did more emotional damage to her than that man ever did

Judge mathis felt sorry for the daughter hearing her mom use to sleep around and his family had money..... that's why he shouldn't be a judge because if he hadn't already put his emotions into it he would have clearly heard that man not mention her families financial situation but indeed mention that he his family had more money than the other men that were possibilities. Judge mathis should have been applauding him for having not the slightest idea if she was his or not but still at the least showing concern in her as a person even when he wasn't dealing with her mom. If court not the place to discuss the truth of the matter, where is? If you dont want my side, dont invite me over. If you want me to have a particular side, you can do that without me there. JM was acting extremely slow here, with this case, and dragged things on unnecessarily and being combative for no reason. Even after the dude was determined to not be her father, JM still kept going in even though what the father said appeared to be true regarding the mom sleeping around.

I like judge Mathis a lot but he goofed this time. I felt this elderly, respectful and well-behaved man didn't deserve this kind of insult and denigration from the Judge. To top it all, this lady brought this gentleman she said herself , that he was good to her, to court to be humiliated like that, and all she could do was leave this man in the courtroom and just walk away. Goodness! That was just cold. I am disappointed 😥

I’m glad people are finally realizing that Judge Mathis is an impulsive emotionally unstable man. His work in the streets is appreciated but he is completely unfit for being a judge and I would feel like I’m walking on egg shells around him. Most ppl in the comments said JM was going in on the man too hard but who would want someone to say how their deceased mom got around and let other guys take turns with her?? Doesn't even matter if it was tru, show some respect to the deceased and the fact that it's her mom
