Hey Wes I had a question for ya. Do trustee care before u file bankruptcy what u spend on a debit card? I know there is a 90 day period for spending on credit cards but what about debit? If u purchase a phone or something or go out to eat and maybe spend a little on fun stuff is that gonna be the same rule as the credit card rule? Will the trustee make u pay the creditors back for not paying them? I have also heard that some trustees don’t care cause it’s not on a credit card. Thanks man 😊
