thank you I say that all the time and it's always white people and foreign people that think we are bald-headed they think those tight curls that we were is a fro and it's nappy but in reality it's just a little tight curls. And when those curls are straight we have long thick hair down our backs

Please help I'm a straight natural only! I wash and flat iron every 3 weeks. My hair is coarse and dense but very dry. What can I use besides oils and grease that won't weigh my hair down but gives the same benefits!
kimberly smith Shea butter is good but it may weigh your hair down. I believe mango butter is a lighter alternative. You can also add aloe Vera juice to your regimen. You can use it as a leave in. You can also use hair milks
