The deep core exercises in this workout are for pelvic instability and diastasis recti. You'll be strengthening the transverse abdominis along with the pelvic floor muscles. Your lower abdominals will also work.

Lower side reach (alt)
Arm/DB crunch reach
Leg lift & under
Reverse Crunch to leg lower
Plank Hovers
We'll do 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest.
