This POWERFUL sleep meditation is designed to remove blocks, release limiting beliefs and unlock the potential in YOU to believe AND realize your dreams, all with the aid of your guide or angel who emerges from the ocean. Be patient with the process as I start out by using conversational hypnosis to tune in to how you are today and slowly and subtly start to relax you in body and mind. You are then guided into a tropical rainforest where all is misty and slow moving. As you walk along your senses become more attuned as you focus as much on your inside state as the outside word. You release a lotus flower into a river to send a message, intent or wish. The forest opens up to an ocean and there a million water sprites greet you, embodying pure, unweighted, joy. You call on your guide or angel as well and you are then guided through a deeper release of physical, mental and other pain and burdens. Once freed up, liquid light energy pours into you and you then receive the answer to your message, intent or wish that you set down river, and then even more is revealed to you in a longer conversation or transmission of knowledge. I've written this to be a peaceful and also thorough preparation of the mind, body and soul to release all those beliefs that once kept you safe but now keep you imprisoned, to release emotions that have not been expressed and now manifest as chronic body pain and volatile emotions, to release even those aspects which have not risen up to conscious awareness. As you are guided through this opening up process, feel hope rise again, and also feel that I give you the time and space to explore at your own space. As you walk out to a wide open beach, and meet your angel or guide of the ocean, feel each cell in your body open like a window to receive all healing, all blessings, to soak up the liquid light energy from your angel from the ocean, and to allow in an answer to the wish, intention or question you set in motion early on in this journey. I just had the most intense dream with this video playing in my headphones. I don’t remember all of it but the things I do remember…..just wow. I’ve been reading all these comments and it’s definitely amazing how many different experiences we’ve had. I don’t remember the first half of it for sure. I fell asleep while listening to this I have a lot going on and have a lot to heal what I had happen to me was An awesome experience like I said I fell asleep I woke up and my right hand was vibrating like if you took your hand and put it on an engine how you feel the vibration but it was just my hand it was vibrating and pulsing my other hand was numb but I could feel The energy is just flowing through my right hand it was crazy all I can think through this meditation I was truly healing it might sound a little crazy but it was awesome thank you❤️

Hi Sarah! (Or anyone else who may be able to provide some insight.) I love these guided meditations, but I always have trouble relaxing my forehead and the muscles behind my eyes as I'm listening along. I assume this is from built up stress and tension I hold on to unconsciously during my day, because the only time I become conscious of it is when I'm listening along and trying to get to sleep. Is there any advice you can give to help relax the brow? It's frustrating, and so hard to not focus on it, as the rest of my body is completely relaxed and limp. Does anyone else have this issue, or am I just weird?😅 Thanks in advance for any and all help, and thank you Sarah for these beautiful meditations!🙏🏻 Namaste.

Okay, so scrunch your eyebrows in a serious frown, then raise your eyebrows, hold for 2/3 mins, as high as you can get then then finally let them drop. Your forehead should feel heavy as lead!
