Weird coincidence. The letters stem from when people used to send telegrams. A meeting was held back in the early 1900s to decide which countries were given specific letters to identify radio signals. The US was given designators W,K,N, and A. N and A are reserved for military/government use, while W and K are reserved for commercial/public use. The W and K tell you which side of the country the station is, specifically which side of the Mississippi River. East of the river starts with W while west is K. After that the 3 letters can mean anything. Your station is called MBC? KMBC or WMBC, it could also be a number like KTWO or KONE. @@jamesnieman2953 As a judge she needed to say what she saw without adding her speculation ( that's why she said things like he "appeared" angry or it "seemed" to her...) *That* starts the investigation into that incident (probably someone who is trained to decipher as much as they can of what he was mouthing). She knew what it was, she is a judge. That means that she has experience as a lawyer as well and knows that if she were to speculate on the front end, a lawyer that is astute can use that speculation to say that the investigation was tainted from the start regarding that witness intimidation because the judge made a matter-of-fact statement using terminology that would prejudice anyone who watches the video. Sometimes things are more complex than they seem on the surface and people who are trained in that area take those complexities into account.

And for children coming up in a rough environment where they have no real solid foundation you can't really blame parents who have their hands tied .. There are lots of careless parents but let's not forget people who had good parents who did the totally opposite and ended up in prison.
