Spice mix:
1 cup coriander seeds
1/4 cup coarse pepper
1 tablespoon coarse garlic
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Marinade:
1 cup balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons Worchestire sauce
A drop of Peri-Peri sauce (optional)
