The needles were the only things keeping him alive,and i think he didnt die immediatly when the strings were cut in the original battle since he had more energy to stay alive,while in this battle he was completely powerless without the needles.

By "schmoes and daves" he means ordinary people The full line is "WE'LL TURN THOSE SCHMOES AND DAVES INTO ROSEN GRAVES" He was just referencing snowgrave

Before Spamton Sweepstakes it would've been very easy to make a similar argument against the significance of cathode screens.

@@Ponera-Sama in this there is no actual unsolvable puzzle here Schmoes means ordinary people, daves just mean your regular ol daves, he doesnt mean that theres literally daves everywhere Alternatively he could be referring to the addisons, "dave" means beloved With cathode screens, hes clearly referencing tvs "those cathode screens into cathode screams" "Cathode" isnt some special word only affiliated with tvs though, people act like its a special word he made up but its just a word for active screens So he could have also been referring to computers

i am 99% sure the line "cathode screens into cathode screams" (screen = tv screen) refers to tenna or mike (mike & tenna, as host and co-host of their show respectively) but i think it'll just be tenna for the majority of ch3 and maybe mike as the secret boss or the main antagonist for ch4

No, he's alive, there is no spamton motifs because he's not in control of his body. You are fighting someone else just using spamton as a vessel. Once the last needle is pulled. He's alive, as the color in his glasses come back at the end

i think it actually fits pretty well, because its a high contrast to BIG SHOT, which is loud and bombastic, perfectly matching with the mood of spamton's boss fight as he's actually hopeful for getting free, but Needle in my Ass fits in the mood of this fight, which is more depressing and similar to sans rather than mettaton

no, susie's not the main character. i mean you have a point with susie's importance in the plot, but that's just because she's a deuteragonist, ie. 2nd protagonist. besides, kris's story is more central to the plot, what with our control over them, and how they areinvolved with the bunker and noelle's sister disappearance. definitely solid points tho, I can see her trying to help kris break free from our control and helping them cope with any trauma also, just because kris is a "silent" protagonist doesn't mean they don't express their own personality and opinions or say anything

Dialogue fits perfectly. This is by far my favorite spamton fangame because he doesnt just spam the words BIG SHOT and all caps with [these] added. Spamton finally calmed down.

@@franilovic4139 the whole character plot of spamton is that he lost everything, met Kris, Kris helped him, he wanted ever more power and wanted to share it with Kris by getting his soul( souls probably work like in Undertale, so if you get someone's soul control is split between you, or at least that what he thinks) "now's your chance to be a big shot" is directed at Kris. SPAMTON wants both himself AND Kris to be more powerful. Kris is his only freind. That's what people always get wrong in fangames. They either spam big shot in inappropriate places/situations (SPAMTON giga from a different snowgrave telling it to Noelle). Or they abandon the "big shot" when it should be. Also the dialogue doesn't fit entirely. It says nothing about this relationship or this situation. It even abandoned SPAMTON speach to give it to him 2 turns later. It doesn't make sense! They should be consistent with this. They also messed up the flavor text. There weren't any "the air crackles with freedom" which is appropriate for such situation since he still is a secret boss. And SPAMTON doesn't worship heaven or see it as a person. He wants to be as powerful as the angel but doesn't have any relationship with it. All he ever knew of angel is that they are powerful and they make then not have freedom.

@@darkduckpl9620 i think youre completly right. But spamton finally became an angel, or at least he thought so. I suspect thats why he abandoned the big shot motif. He thinks he has the power/freedom and doesnt doubt it, unlike the NEO fight. What i dont get at all is how or why was he restitched in the first place
