I'm 31 years old and have always had crowding lots of decay and now braking teeth. I've lost a moller and now have broken another two teeth in my top right side. No matter how much I try to take care of my teeth they seem to be suffering. I sometimes clench in my sleep as well. I've never had the money to fix them and don;t know if I ever will. It's really depressing.

Very grateful to have nice youtubers sharing information like this. He answered 99% of my questions I had in my mind for years. Also helps a lot to learn before going in to get your teeth done so that you can have an understanding as your dentist talks you thru the procedure and you will have the options to negotiate.

I didn’t like my composite veneers I actually loved them at first but 5 years later actually i was really unhappy and they were making me even more unhappy than before I had them. Because Even after polishing and additional work through the years to maintain, I was so ready to have them off, were the bonding was it was sooo yellow and they started to look like translucent almost, and just not good. Replaced with zirconium crowns and super HAPPY :D

( Seems like everyone gets all their teeth and that is too expensive, for some of us.) Also, I would love to see different smile designs ie. Two front teeth slightly longer then the others. I am a chain smoker, my teeth were a mess, would definitely recommend this if you have bad teeth.Your whole face changes, I had mine done in Turkey couple of years ago, was quite cheap... in Germany would've cost a kidney, even if you have dental insurance, insurance doesn't cover cosmetics, did it in a clinic called Natural.why dental stuff is so expansive in Europe?

Crowns on front teeth have literally change my smile. The bonding broke down on my front teeth every few years. It was very embarrassing. So the crowns were a must.

It really cost a lot to achieve a nice Smile Here in Philippines braces worth is P60,000.00 so I have to earn a lot for me to align my teeth, then next would be veneers It would be a whole year for me to save a 60k😞
veneers are a porcelain coating that goes over your tooth. It can improve the strength, shape and color of a tooth but its permanent and can't be removed. BTW adult teeth don't grow.
If that was my only problem I would totally get Invisalign. I'm so picky with the placement of every tooth I would need traditional braces just because you can tweak individual teeth in any way you want. Pull them up down turn this way that way. If you're like me maybe you wanna go for traditional. However, I've met a lot of people who have done Invisalign and they are super happy. Good luck!

my veneer fell out first day, the dentist put it back in, it lasted a month then fell out again while eating almost swallowed it, got it put back in 3rd time, 2 weeks later fell out. i threw it away and gave up on it... dont know if it was the dentist fault but im over the veneer thing, i might try a crown
That is weird. If done properly, they usually last up to 15 years when taken care of. I have additional veneers in the front. They look indistinguishable really. My dentist did an amazing job and so did the lab lady who shaved the veneers.
I walked to my doc with half front upper tooth 🦷 after two months of appointments and temp tooth ,,, the final results was a ceramic crown,,. I'm very happy with the final results looks and feels better then real tooth
Thank you for your video espicially the last part where you do the bonding glue video part ( my dentist where i live coz me GREAT TRAUMA AND PTSD) bcz of his bad method in flossing aggressively towards my gum using his body weight to remove the excess cement( not to mention that he didnt cover the neighbor tooth + never use the thread to protect the tissues and he never wear his magnifying glass ) 😞 though i paid 12.000$ ( also i forget to mention that i gave birth to 2 kids without medicine or epidural ) = iam a strong mama with a great healthy gum🥺 but this dentist experience for my front crowns 😔. I have transparent teeth in 6 of my teeth my 2 front teeth and my 4 bottom teeth. I was told its "normal" because of acid erosion but my self confidence went down tremendously. Im also experiencing craze lines and yellow teeth... at only 24! Whats the best solution to cover the teeth up? I'm worried about veneers and composite bonding I like to snack on hard things here and there once in a while and would like something fitting where I can eat some hard foods.
Acid erosion either through diet or other factors such as GERD or some eating disorders can contribute to transparent (thin) teeth. It’s definitely important to consider ways to strengthen those teeth such as porcelain veneers or composite veneers. Whether you have dental veneers or thin natural teeth, we have to be careful chewing on hard food items or other habits like grinding out teeth because that can make them weaker. Definitely consult with some dentists in your area to get some treatment options that work for you! Wishing the best of luck 🤞

@@superchubi Personally, I try to avoid crowns unless there is a problem with the structural integrity of the tooth. Veneers are an awesome conservative way to repair the teeth without having to prepare the tooth aggressively. However, your dentist will be able to better assess the strength of the teeth through a variety of tests.

I am wondering. I have a good friend in Istanbul Turkey I can stay with. I am in california on SSI and Medicare won't do restoration I am told just cavity fillings and pulling and giving a flipper for upper front. Supposedly they do wonders for $4500 here in CA

When i had braces my younger brother smashed an xbox controller off my front left tooth.. and so i had a cap,/a brawl in a pub, it chilled again and the dentist said ONE more and it we might have to remove it cause the nerves insides anyway - latelty ive noticed my front tooth has come forward soooo much i went there to ask a new dentist what can i do? and he said i dno cus teeth besides seems to be overcrowding.. maybe you should go to ur local orthodontists but im scared if i do that and get braces which are soooo expensive again- that being a chipped tooth bonded, would it only crack it down the line? My Dentist recommended that I get veneers because my teeth are very yellow and they have white spots on them. You said that you need a strong enamel as a base for the veneer but my teeth are also extremely sensitive and I have had past cavities filled in. I just want to be able to smile without covering my mouth.
I got three crowns from fighting. Very expensive. Tho not gonna lie, I love them alot more than my real teeth. They just remove whatever root you have left, put a big metal screw in that ur stuck with for like a week or two, which sucks cus it scrapes against ur tongue, and before they put the screw in, remember, they remove the root, please try not to chew on that side, getting food removed from there huuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrts!!! Anyways, getting the screw in isn't painful at all thanks to the numbing medication they use, and then they just put the crown in after those one or two weeks and boom, ur all set. Real simple, it's almost a month long procedure, but yeah, really pricey, specially if ur insurance doesn't cover it. And I'm not an orthodontist or dentist, I'm just a patient, so this is just my experience and from what I understand.
I'm not sure if you'll see this comment but I'm currently 25 years old and have gum disease. I wear partial dentures and my front teeth is still intact. My dentist recommended crowns for my front teeth instead of braces because of my bone loss. Do you think it's a good idea?

Would you trust dentist, who wants to give you dental implant and when you ask him question, can you do in stead implant crown on that tooth, he will replay YES! That is dentist I came across! Second question, I had filling between upper front 1 and 2, plus edges of both teeth were affected by acid like 1mm or a bit more eaten. I asked for veneers he said its not possible. So now I got crowns there, but teeth are a bid bigger then previous one and on bite one tooth is not as before. I later on found that there is option called composite bonding, where the tooth is basically build up without any preparation, meaning removing structure of the tooth! I wonder, if there would not be the best solution in stead crowns? Thank you
Which case are you talking about. I like lithium fusilli are for dental crowns. Veneers can be feldspathic porcelain or lithium disilicate or porcelain layered on LiDi.....
