yes its a moped and lets be honest here you all if you didn't have a bike or bored or anything and you just walked all the time don't tell me you would not get a moped who cares if the second hand bikes and least you can drive to deffrent places I took my moped all the way to Ohio only had to fill up about 4 times and secondly your not wasting 50$ on gas you only spend like 2 bucks in gas and a full tank will last you 90 to 100 miles a gallon so think on this I got from Virginia beach to Richmond on one tank of gas witch is not bad

Funny thing, this still requires a motorcycle license in the US. I've been wanting something like this compared to a scooter, but it's not automatic and exceeds 30mph which puts it in the "Motorcycle" category.
But in the USA you are allowed guns lol crazy world we live in I go to Germany alot doing videos and the gem and say a safe speed is 200 kph 125 mph to me and you If I got stopped doing 125 mph I'd be in prison in the uk
JDKCARS Eh. Each state in the US is different. Some allow you to open carry all you want, but require a license if you want to cover it completely (partial concealment is hit or miss, under "Accidental concealment") It's easy to get a motorcycle license in the US, so it's not a problem honestly, just not as cheap as it should be IMO.
RyMann88 here (Uk) you have a CBT (Compolsry Basic Traing) which allows you at 17 to ride a 125cc , 16 - 50cc and at the centre you have a choice for a motorcycle or a moped
Why does everyone chat shit about mopeds, they're just shitty second hand bikes that 16 year odds GLADLY ride because it means they don't have to take the bus. Anyone old enough would clearly buy a bigger bike, but if you're 16 this is all you can legally ride, and it looks much less gay than a scooter...
Moyen pour un Kit monté en transmition courte, je dirais un 13 dents ^_- Bref avec ma 50 Gilera en pignon de 12 dents, elle levait les doigts dans le nez avec son origine sans forcer mais le désavantage, elle montait qu'à 90KM/H à fond et en pignon de 15 dents, je la montait à 125 KM/H sur le plat et pour beaucoup moins de bruit que là. Avec ma GPR de maintenant, je roule en fond de 6 sur le plat à 138KM/H avec un vieux Kit malossi récupéré :)
65mph on speedo = about 55mph in reality, plus its not legal for a 16 year old if it goes over 30mph; very good with a decent cylinder, shit with the standard one and its very far from a race bike, too heavy and cheap; generally the race 50's I have seen have used gp125 chassis or metrakits or conti chassis.

JDKCARS I'm 16 and I've just passed my CBT, don't like the style of mopeds but I'd want something I can ride to work every day (reliable) would you recommend this?
