Cerave is absolutely solid....they stand up to any premium brand out there no problem...I went from expensive routine to using cerave as my base routine and supplement with the ordinary or the inkey list for any ingredient I want more of...25% of the cost, better results
I use almost all cerave product on my skincare routine, and it works like magic to my face... so smooth... i never knew my skin could be this smooth, plumpy and looks healthy... please note that i have very sensitive skin, and i alsp have a lot of allergic, but i never find any problem with cerave.. good job cerave
Started Cerave products two weeks ago now. Never used them before but after 2 weeks, my face really brightens up and hydrating then ever. Love it so far🙏
I think the Vanicream line deserves far more love than it gets! It doesn’t advertise near as much as CeraVe does. This hurts them because many consumers simply don’t know the products even exist. I’ve used many items in the line and enjoy them all. Their daily facial moisturizer, gentle facial cleanser, moisturizing ointment (feels like soft butter!) and moisturizing cream are excellent! My next purchase will be one of their sunscreens. The tinted hydrating facial sunscreen recommended here stings my eyes when I apply it to the eyelids to protect that area.
In my opinion, you can never ever go wrong with CeraVe Moisturizing Cream 🥰🥰🥰 I have eczema but also acne prone, and this cream is hydrating and moisturizing enough but does not irritate my acne!!
Love Cerave tinted sunscreen. I mix it with Neutrogena Mineral sunscreen to lower the darkness since my skin color is a bit lighter. Highly recommended!!
Thank you for your review on the CeraVe products. It's so nice to hear a dermatologist recommend products that are readily available in drug stores, that don't cost a fortune, and are good solid choices for skin care. I have been slowly switching all of my skin care products over to CeraVe with great results!
If u can afford ,so plz help me .I also want to use these products but I cannot afford because these r expensive for me.but I want to use for my dry skin and also have dark spots.plz help me if u can.I shall be thankful
Dr Liu, any chance you could make a video comparing CeraVe and Cetaphil products? Which brand/specific products would you recommend for oily & mature skin? Thanks so much!
I got the SA Smoothing Cream at least twice and have used it mostly on the dry skin on the feet as well as the blistered skin on hands from working out in the gym. Wonder if it is alright to use on facial skin in sparing amounts though, since the tingling sensation is sustained for a while on facial skin, more so than retinol or alpha-hydroxy acid products.
Great Video! Would you say using the cleanser, retinol, vitamin C and then a moisturizer I could leave put a toner step all together and it will be hydrating enough?
Doctor I've been loosing enormous amount of hair after a salon based chemical straightening. The hairloss is all over scalp. Doctor I'm wondering that am I the only one who is facing this much. I've been shedding since 5 months now. It started right after the salon based treatment. Previously my hair were in good condition. No family hairloss history. I suspect the chemical was really harsh and they applied it touching my scalp. There isn't any burn on scalp. However, the shedding isn't subsiding. Chronic talogen effluvium they say it has triggered and some another dermatologists say there is a sign of fphl. Please let me know that has anyone faced this extreme? And is it possible to get the hair back. I can see regrowth also But shedding is 300 strands per day
Can you do a video on Professional Treatments (ie lasers, light therapy)? I have acne/acne hyperpigmentation and currently controlling it with Tazarotene and Clindamycin/Benzoyl Peroxide. With my wedding in the Fall, I would like to get treatments which are accommodating to my topical treatments.
Hello Dr. Líu, may i ask in the morning, can I use the Truskin Vitamin C first then Korean’s serum and moisturizer ? At night, can I use Resurfaced retinol serum (CeraVe) first, then Korean’s serum and moisturizer? Thank you and very appreciated.
Hi, I’ve been purchasing the cerave healing ointment in the teeny twin pack .035 oz chap stik size but they’ve become impossible to find lately. I only bought this teeny size because I’ve read so many reviews of how hard it is to push the thick product out of the larger (1.89, 3 & 5 oz) tubes and I don’t want to buy the tub. I was wondering if you’ve had any issues getting the product to easily dispense out of the tube without really having to put a lot of elbow grease into getting it out. (I have fibromyalgia, so I can’t squeeze very hard.) I’ve read some people complain that they had to squeeze so hard that the top of the dispenser actually cracked. Has this ever happened to you and if so, which size do you think is the easiest one to dispense product from?. Thank you so much!
Dr Liu please help, what is an oral medication for acne that is not anti androgenic? we need alternatives for women athletes or women trying to build muscle! Could you kindly answer or make a video covering this topic?
Hello I’m 60 years old and still get acne if I use CeraVe Acne Foaming Cream Cleanser can I follow with Tretinoin like a hour later? My skin get dry but I moisturize after. Thanks
Can you use the Resurfacing Retinol Serum on the eyelids? I find a lot of experts don’t talk about product application on the eyelids. They ignore this topic when discussing sunscreens as well as retinol products. The skin of the eyelids is fragile and subject to sun damage and aging. We need help knowing which of the products you recommend can be safely applied in this area. I realize some people will still have sensitivity/irritation to such products, but it would be helpful to know *in general*, which products can be safely tried on the eyelids. Thank you! This was a very helpful video.
There’s more studies on vit c for antioxidant benefits than others not to say those are not effective, more of a personal choice which you’d like to use
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who noticed that. I was dying when I noticed it thinking she only did one and didn’t notice she forgot to do the other. Until I kept looking throughout the video and I saw the light change a couple of time and within it did the eyebrow that looked that wasn’t done actually got darker. It was too funny to me.
Yes because it’s the not ingredient but how it’s formulated that matters. Comedogenicity itself doesn’t have a standard meaning it ultimately comes down to how your skin reacts, if you’ve been using without an issue then continue
It's really difficult to know where to stand!!!... I just watch another video hating almost all the products you like, apart of the ointment... as I leave far, it's not sold here and I have to decide accordingly to feedbacks so making it all complicated hahahahahah Do not worry I'll find my way around It would be great if you could one day make a video about Bioderma... I would value your point of view
