This is actually comforting, and informative, thank you! I was hesitant in visiting a dermatologist because of other people's regards to the full body checkup lol but I surely need a professionalized treatment plan to see how to resolve my mild skin issues. I appreciate the video. Now unfortunately there's the lockdown and all, so I'm not sure how I could have an accurate diagnosis and checkup. 😪
Agreed! 😂😂 I was so hesistant at first, but if undergarments can be left on with its gown, it's surely worth seeing a dermatologist's perspective on our own personal skin types & skin concerns.
hey im just checking in to see if u ever went?and may i ask what did they do?i js want to know bc i might have to go and i wanna see what im getting myself into lol
Whenever I've gone to see a derm for my acne. all they do is prescribe antibiotics. I'm at a loss with what to do, there's nothing else that I'm able to do and my skin has been awful for years.
@@arlflors6273 No improvements, and I haven't bothered scheduling an appointment with a derm since my last experience. I was hoping to find a naturopath to maybe target the root of the issue, but I've never worked with that area of medicine before. Maybe it would be eye opening?
@@DFpony44 if I were you I’d go for it. I mean for me, I have this raised scarring on my nose and it’s more visible in dim light. Maybe I need laser treatment I don’t know. I’m just tired of having this issue. Almost 8 years battling with this issue. Good luck!
Hi ! I’m a little late on seeing this but a piece of advice I would give is maybe change your diet , I had really bad acne and I went vegan and it completely changed my skin I have no issues now ! But that’s just a though everyone’s skin is different!
You say patient needs not be exposed for treatment. If the patient doesn’t want it, I went to a dermatologist that insisted I stripped down, I walked out with a few nasty things to say apparently dermatology has a bossy attitude
It must be a badge of honor to strip people down for a dermatologist, I had something on my face, I was told to strip down, I refused, and I told them the state medical board states that if there is no problem under clothing, you need not disrobe, and the patient is the boss in the room and must be treated.........
Gross I’m abt to go in and ima just refuse is they ask for a full body exam. My problems are on my arms and neck I don’t know why I’d have to remove anything
