For a new round of Detroit Tech: Detroit Techno Mix 8 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ip7MuoM5mAg.html Featuring: Inner City, Orlando Voorn, Los Hermanos, DJ Bone, Jay Denham, D-Knox and DJ 3000
Proper track selection and great mixing, esp with decks that are not Technics 1200SL. Thank you for doing this mix series it is great! EDIT - wow I had forgotten about the Ian Pooley track Chord Memory !
I don't know who you are but I certainly can see the passion on those decks. This is simply a 100% real DJ performance. Clean and smooth transitions with increasing grooves and vibes thoroughly. Long may live Detroit, long may live DJs like you.
Yaaaasssss!!!. Thanks again for having in the tin, what is on the label. The amount of "detroit techno" uploads that are just utter shite is staggering so your mixes are Gold amongst fools gold. Thnx a trillion.
Big props to you! Very nice to see a Detroit techno mix in a period where we get overwhelmed by the same type of popular techno (as long as it has a big bass). Subscribed!
Updates made... the adventure continues 😉 It would be really nice to see you behind turntables during the ADE next October (Where would I celebrate then my half-century). PS: pretty picture-disc of Ian Pooley!
These are so called Super OEM Turntables produced by a Taiwanese company called Hanpin. They are rebadged and sold under different brand names. Mine are American Audio from 2004. Stanton also had one. Some variants are still sold today.
Cheers. No problem. Yes it's not strictly music from Detroit artists. Also tracks that in my interpretation have the spirit of Detroit with their own unique twist. Like the one from Ian Pooley or Amsterdam's Steve Rachmad. And many others in the mix.
