DEWALT 32" Folding Metal Sawhorse Review and Tutorial (DWST60999) 

I have four of these and I love them. They can take quite a bit of weight. Having said that though, I was using a pair of them them to support a Bush Hog rotary mower so I could do some repairs to it and they both broke. The mower weighs 960 pounds. They didn't collapse but the plastic section that the legs are mounted to broke so the legs on one end had quite a bit of lean to them. I think what happened was that as I set the mower onto the horses, they both moved. The deck wasn't hung precisely level so one end landed first and wanted to slide pushing the horses one way, since I was outside, the legs dug into the ground and didn't slide with the deck. I was impressed that they didn't collapse with all that weight on them. Another thing the non marring feet don't want to stay on. So as a result I lost one of them. I usually use them in the garage or outside so it's no real big deal. I love the way they fold up and clip together. Makes it really easy to put away. I'll replace those two damaged ones with the same thing if I can find them. My Home Depot doesn't usually carry them so I might have to order them. I don't have any idea what the warranty is and more than likely, I threw out the receipt years ago.

Could you do a separate video on how to open the legs? I think that is a feature you need to expand upon.

Same thing: I had the crummy cheap ones and they break unless you are just cutting tissue paper. I bought the Kobalt ones from Lowes which are similar to these and are great strength and they fold smaller.

If your looking for production on a job site, go with these you won’t regret it.

For English tradesmen with small rooms and small yards these are just too long for many jobs because they would take up too much space. 4'6" is wider than a full sheet, these would be much better at 3'6". Too much of these is plastic so I will be going for a pair of Toughbuilt all metal horses.

Anyone have a suggestion on what type of glue or epoxy I should use to attach one of the little plastic pieces that goes across one of the yellow tabs that you have to slide to release a leg? It came damaged in shipping but the small piece of black plastic was in the box.

Am a dewalt guy. This saw horse I give it a 2 out 10. Reason is the plastic on to open the legs are horrible once they break it done

I can say with experience if it lasts a year you're lucky. Mine lasted just under a year and the plastic broke

Based on this review I ordered a set. I returned bevcause they where broken at arrival, the secvcond time an other part was broken. Going with something else now, this is very poor kwaloity.

PS, the Lowes Kobalt ones are all metal.

I bought them yesterday 😩The legs fell off when I tried to unfold them for the first time 😱😱 The hinge connecting the heavy steel legs is made of plastic with a diameter of 8 mm. I do not recommend this sale. I bought them with the dewalt logo, they are also identical to the stanley fatmax logo. The price for that Chinese shit is 135 f
