Lovely pictures of nature. The images enhanced the theme of the self-reflection. The thumbnail along with kayaking picture are my favourites. Looking forward to more talks on the elements. I am sure it will be helpful.
Just gave a talk on using the elements at Abhayagiri, it was very different than the talk here. If you are interested check out Abhayagiri’s Dhamma talks on their Website and RU-vid channel. That talk is not listed yet, but I assume it will be soon. In that talk I discuss how to use elements as both a concentration practice, but also an insight practice.
