This video is by far the best medical teaching video I have seen thus far. The animations and the way everything was broken down made learning the material both fun and EASY! Midway through the video I thought, "HEY! I UNDERSTAND THIS!" You've earned a new subscriber. Thank you for teaching those who can't get proper teaching at school.

Thank you for your quality content. I am learning so much through your videos and I am starting to make changes to prevent health problems that were starting to cause me concern. Merci from Montreal
I am almost in month 7 on carnivore. My A1C has dropped down to 7 down from double digits . I am hopeful for a great Christmas with my A1C under 6! I am ever so grateful for your videos. These have saved my life.
I was told 4 years ago that i was prediabetic and had pcos. I since lost 50lbs and now i think i may by hypoglycemic. Doctors wont listen to me though, even though my dad is diabetic. Im 22 and im getting lows or little bouts of them here and there. It would explain almost every issue ive been dealing with over the last couple years.

Well how much do you weigh, how old and tall are you? You can probably reverse it by eating cow meat, milk, fruit here and there and exercising daily with strength training and some HIT.
My age is 38 I have been prediabetic for a very long time still am right now my hba1c is at 5.9% with an eAG of 123 mg/DL previously it was 6.23% with eAG of 132.23 mg/DL so definitely I will try both benfotiamine and ALA. I have a doubt regarding eAG is eAG three months fasting blood glucose or post meal average glucose glucose plz answer Before the white sugar was invented there was no diabetes in this world so the person who invented white sugar is the worst criminal of humanity
A lot of this can go away if you attack the root of the problem: your body is insulin resistant and cannot metabolize carbs and sugars anymore, or just a little of them. Restrict carbs and sugars as much as possible to put diabetes in remission. You don’t need carbs and sugars, the liver can make as much as you need if necessary. Also the paradigm has changed: people with diabetes often have too much insulin instead of not enough. The role of insulin is to open the doors of the cells to take in energy but the body just doesn’t react adequately to insulin anymore. That’s why the pancreas can make as 10 times more insulin to force the sugar into the cells compared to a person with normal carb/sugar metabolism. Also insulin is the fat storage hormone, all the left over carb/sugars that the cells cannot take in are going into fat. That’s why a lot of insulin makes you fat. Adding extra insulin makes you sick and you can get heart problems, kidney problems, eye problems etc from to much sugar in the blood. See for example dr. Sarah Hallberg Ted Talk, dr. Ben Bikman, dr. Eric Westman, professor Tim Noakes and others for explanation and how to put your diabetes into remission.
Hello sir I am collecting very information from your video. After this i am finding the best treatment and i found the Planet Ayurveda. I love that I can enjoy sweets without feeling guilty. The Planet Ayurveda's Gymnema Sylvestrae capsules are awesome.
I’ve been afraid about having diabetes since I was 16, 28 years later and after maintaining the same weight for years I gained 10lbs in 6 months and couldn’t lose it even with exercise and dieting.
