Hey 1 thing you might not be aware of with the elixir and incense xp gain. Not only you can stack the ones you mention but incense have different teirs so if you have a friend high enough they can pop all 3 tiers for more xp

I’ve seen a lot of “X things I wish I knew sooner” videos. This is by FAR the best one I’ve ever watched. Legit didn’t know about more than half of these and I’ve got near 400 hours clocked in D4. Good stuff man thank you for this!
He's by far the best streamer you will have around, no bullshit, straight to the point! unless he's giving us the bullshit we want to hear, making him the delightful person he is😊
Another important thing to share from Pawnyhof (my favorite expert Necro streamer): When modifying an affix at the Occultist, you can see all the affix possible on the item. Right? Well, it's a weighted list. The possible affixes on top of the list are the more common one and the affixes at the bottom have a very low probability, usually skills. So, it's easier to get the right affixes if you find an item with the rare affixes on them and reroll a common one. The reserve gets very expensive.
5:00 if you're not level 82 yet, you can just keep running level 41+ nightmare dungeons, which also guarantees 925+ items dropped (and you'll need those NMDs for glyph xp anyways)
DM made a 5 minute video with very concise and straight to the point information where the vast majority of content creators would drag for +15 minutes. Such a GOAT you are, my man.
I just started playing DIablo 4 as a Division veteran and man, this guy is gold! I wish we had someone like him in The Division 2 community. Subbed, man. Hopefully I'll learn good stuff from you.
See this is why I subscribed. To the point, no bullshit, and respectful of my time. There were 17 milliseconds between the start of the video and the tips spewing out. Awesome
Another Tip that some people might not know. You can Temper Crit DMG on weapons for Barb and the other classes by having a Rogue alt and finding the recipe in WT4. Just put the weapon you want it on in your stash and temper it with your rogue.
Another tip, if you salvage masterworked gear you get back all the pit materials one level below the current masterwork level. E.g. if you salvage a level 4 you get 60 obducite back. I was hesitant to take anything past level 4 until I learned this.
You can get two incense, one level I incense and one level II incense. This requires to have the level requirement for level II incense, which is 75 I believe. If you do elixir level II, quest elixir and two incenses, you get a total of 26% (8+8+5+5). Another tip: item power of the gear rewarded from the loot box of the tree is generated upon pick-up, not upon opening. Meaning, if you farm it on your main character, which will be rewarded with 925 gear. When you open it on an alt, even a level 1, the gear is still 925. However, the level requirement is as low as 55. Ideal when planning to level new alts. What I do not know is from what level character and onward the tree's loot box rewards gear of item power 925? As far as I can tell, loot box generated of a level 100 character always rewards with 925 gear. I have been leveling two characters from 55 to 100 with full gear 925 (armor cap, all res cap and imprinted legendary). Pretty fun to do NMD 100 with a level 55 character! The more you know.
More end game is always good. In that I couldn't agree with you more. However, not being able to upgrade weapon or armor stats during the leveling process feels lackluster at best. There are a lot people who will never make it to the endgame content and will miss out on a whole crafting system. Although the new gear is easier to understand, legacy gear stats are still much better, previously upgraded through the old system. Yes you can add gems and temper the new gear, but overall stat enhancement is blocked until reaching and beating wt 4 nightmare 45 and 46 dungeons. On top of that there's the grinding of helltides or whispers just to get mats to enter the pit. Unless you're lucky enough to find a full set of uniques that suit your play style or build. Why not have the old style upgrading, tempering, and masterworking but have it accessible throughout the entire leveling process? Why have the pit mainly for masterworking materials when those materials could be made to drop anywhere? Each big main town could've had their own unique pit ending with an echo of mephisto , diablo, etc. I think the pit was a wasted opportunity that could've been implemented on a larger scale. Like randomly the giant worm that belches out demons in helltides could swallow you, and takes you to the first circle of hell where you have clear a random lord of hell's castle or something. So yes, more endgame is always good, but a level and material blocked crucial crafting system in a game where stats matter is just poor game dev design choice.
Also check your paragon board. I was 2K above armor cap, so i could move a few paragon points over to crowd control damage. But yeah re-gearing is usually the easiest one.
DM cracked the RU-vid algorithm! Dude starts countdown videos with "number 1". Everyone wants that anytime they look fora video like this and I honestly don't think I've seen it done as succinctly as DM!
Oh man dude you're a Life saver You know the XP you get a lot but now knowing that dude you get so much more xp thank you for all the extra tips that you gave us
Regarding the incense, look at the description, you can have up to 3 on at a time (granted the only one that is type 3 is lvl 100 required) but you can have a type 1 and type 2 at the same time so that is 5% for each. One thing to note is that unlike elixirs, if you die, it clears the incense.
Dang! I need that anti venom for those nightmare dungeons with poison attached to elites. Sub’d. I watch 3 other channels like your content. But I’m only going to sub 1. After this tip, I think this is the D4 channel for me.
To add to the last part, you can craft a nightmare sigil to get in a dungeon with monsters at 95+ for the ilvl 925 gear. Also levels your glyphs at the same time.
SOMETHING TO NOTE about that first tip is that the cost (probably) scales with level. I just saw this video last night, and today on my level 49 Rogue I got on and the cost is 115 mats and 1mil gold. So do it early, or else don't expect to buy/craft very many.
Also something I found is that if you do the Trial and get a cache from that you can use a character that is lvl 50 and open the cache to receive item power 925 lvl 50-55 gear
@@GUDBYE_92 Bet it had Fire Resistance and 10% Lucky hit chance to do a High Five or something like that lol. Literally 99/100 of the double greater affix rolls i've seen have been like that. Only saw a single triple star.
I really miss the +experience stuff from diablo 3, like the legendary gem with +10,000% that you can use at level 1. Also, i just miss the Kanai's Cube in general - that was so awesome.
4:08 I was just complaining about this. I was farming pit 30 for materials when I wanted to push. I didn’t even think about trying to break them down. Kinda weird how they did it like that. Greater Rifts were all about pushing and I felt kind of annoyed that I had to just keep farming the lower ones. Anyways, thanks for the tip.
It's 3 to 3, so for example a +75 pit is something like 25 ish Neathiron, which then becomes 75 Ingoloth or 225 Odbucite. If you can do it in 5 minutes, you can get all your gear to masterwork 8 in like half an hour. So it's only 1-2 pits per item if you want to reroll the masterworking. If you can reliably do Pit+100, it's only 1 pit per item, so it's very easy to get 8/12 MW items with ideal stat-rolls.
@@melanp4698 I haven’t gotten that high yet. I’ve gotten to 53 with my incinerate sorc. Almost finished a 56, but the boss kept getting me with the one shot at a sliver, and I said I’d try it again later and just grinded up mats. Also, there were some enemies that just flat out hit me harder. I would clear half the dungeon no problem and next half I’d be getting wrecked if I didn’t dodge everything. Biggest culprit were the spiders that attack fast with the projectiles. And I think it’s because I have DR while having a barrier and the moment that barrier is gone I am just so squishy. But yeah there’s a decent amount of mats you can get. I still think it’s kind of an unnecessary step. Just drop the lesser mats at the higher tiers. Basically what I was saying is I didn’t know. So I kept running 30s and “wasting my time” thinking that was the only way to get them.
just to clarify, the resplendid spark reward for iron wolves is given to a new lvl 1 character from the gitgo or do we have to make a new character and fill up the bar all over again ?
On console the button for possible affixes isn't there but you can press triangle on controller for playstation to get the popup. I don't have a xbox but guess it's Y there.
Hey I was wondering where the intro and the sponsorship thing is. You saved me like 5 minutes of my life that I have no left over. What the hell should I do with that???
