Diamond Infinite Edge Bow Review 

The reason that your peep sight won't stay in place after just on month is that when you first start shooting, the string stretches out a little bit. After you shoot about one hundred times, the string will stop stretching for a while until it starts to wear out.

I have been shooting bows for over 60 years (competition since around 1980) and I think this bow rocks. Is it the best target bow (no, because of the deflex riser and short axle to axle). Will it shoot accurately - absolutely. Proper tuning and proper form and you will do fine... Makes a great hunting bow because it is short (don't need much room) and it is powerful and fast enough. I have owned over 30 different compound bows and this one has to be one of my favorites. It is like the jack of all trades - doesn't do any one thing exceptionally well but does many things well above average and is a really fun bow to shoot... No one can go wrong with this bow and I highly recommend it... It is just a great little bow that will offer tons of fun... I currently still own about 9 bows and which one do I always grab, this one, it is just a joy to shoot... Let me just put it this way - in order to best (beat) this bow you will spend a great deal of money... So, there ya have it... Bang for your bucks - unmatched, fun per dollar spent - unmatched... Smooth draw, smooth release, powerful enough, fast enough, accurate enough... Buy one and get out there and shoot shoot shoot and have tons of fun in the process...

This is the bow I got..and I finally got it set up sights, accesories, colors I want and want to start competition shooting...this bow is so light so quiet and so fun to shoot! I absolutely love it!

the bows arrow rest has to be replace in about a year of use its chep but it a good starter

Dave, thanks for the video. This is one of the compound bows that I'm considering. If one want's to start hunting with this bow, is there any reason to buy a camo version over the black version? Hunting wouldn't be the only thing I would use this for, and I like the black version better.

I switched the sight,the rest and the stabilizer. I got a real nice hunting bow.

I have this bow and I think it’s great. I’m not a super expert or do competition shooting but I think this bow would work great for hunting and it’s certainly great for just targeting

Purchased this bow 2yrs ago for a starter bow. I have to agree that the 3pin sight does suck ass, replaced mine with a 5pin w level. Besides for that can't complain.

Nice review. I have this bow and it works great. he is right about the sight that comes with it. It is ok but tricky to adjust. I will probably get a different sight after hunting season. Was making 50 yard shots at an outdoor 3D range no problem.

Dave, well done. About the cable slide, just replace it with a teflon slide. A true teflon slide should be white. Then you will have no trouble whether it is hot, cold, wet, frosty, etc.. Also, after you have it tuned/timed, take pictures of or mark or note the position of the cables on the edges of the cams (Darton patented tuning marks on cams a long time ago) - so you can easily see if you have to re-tune after new strings/cables stretch. Shoot straight!

I have the same bow sight isn't terrible. Rest needs to be set I agree. Peep also. Is your peep served in ? Strings should settle after 50-70 arrows. Been to a good bow shop and they say it's a good bow. They sell Matthews and missions. Good luck with it sir.

I got my infinite edge pro wich shoots great after I changed the strings and had it professionally tuned. I also changed to a trophy ridge react pro sight, and a better stabilizer, and a drop away rest. Works for me just as good as a expensive bow. Blacktail deer killer.

Yes, this may be o.k. for a beginner; however, I'm an experienced bow hunter and would use this any day of the week and compare it side by side with my more expensive bows. Great product and a great value!

I shoot the infinite edge pro and I really like it. The sight isn't fantastic but... I'm just a beginner so, its fine for now.

I have just recently purchased me the Diamond Edge SB-1 compound bow, I always change factory string & cable string for starters, I change the cheap sight system, And i will change the cable guard slide to the Saunders hyper slide it is a will system. You have to fix a bow to your liking and style. The manufacturer just put it together for sales.

Great review bro . the beautiful thing about bows.....there just like an AR......you can play Lego's with them and turn them into your dream bow .

Sorry for not reading through all the comment thread but it doesn't come with a stabilizer does it? If not what stabilizer did you add? I just bought one online yesterday for $238 felt it was too good to pass up.

This bow comes with a dampener. Surprised after all the criticism your not able to test actual draw weight. True this bow is not tuned from the factory and I have noticed the draw stops also don't often align of the shelf. We sell these at the store I work and overall, after proper tuning I feel it's a great beginner bow for the price.

my 2nd bow so dont have allot to compare it to, but heres my take. not to take anything from your review though, good job btw. so i bought mine brand new through ebay 399 with 6 arrows and a release. good bow but definetley could use some upgrades. 1- like he mentioned the sight could definetley be better. 2- my peep sight popped out right away. 3- the arrow rest gets worn down very quickly. 4- the d loop also has worn out extremely fast.5- the bow string is also showing signs of wear and have had it less than a month and have been waxing it. but other than that it seems like a very good bow. highly adjustable, fairly quiet, and does have a smooth draw. so in the end i am happy with my purchase for the most part. just has been a turn off with the peep sight popping right out and the d loop frayed to the point that it has to be replaced, have punched myself in the face multiple times because of it. unintentionally btw, luckly no one and nothing was hit by my arrow flying off when this happens. hope this helps.

Over the last 3 years I've bagged 16 deer with my bow, you mentioned the sights not adjusting right, that's the lack of knowledge and being impatient....this bow will do more than you think, again it's the lack of experience.... you'll get there sooner or later. Something else may people wont do is shoot bare shaft and tune your bow properly...the vanes or fletchings are there to help maintain smooth flight... I shoot all my arrows before they get vanes,

I think you are having trouble breathing and it’s hard to just watch you explain things about the bow.

359.00 for this piece of shit then pay a “ bow smith “ new cables and strings and a good sight..... now you’re at 600.00 or so so why not go buy a used Hoyt or PSE FOR THAT PRICE and be ready to shoot a good bow that you will not have to tune every couple shoots just my opinion. Every bow shop has good used bows go buy a used bow people tons of yuppies buy new bows every year trade their perfect bow in for the new one
