no man has every carried any team in the history of basketball like lebron has carried the cavs. per 100 positions, the score is 118-117 gsw while lebron is on the floor whilst per 100 positions the score is around 120-75 for gsw when lebron is benched. that's how ridiculous this is. durant has it in easy mode. he has the best shooter in nba history as well as 2 allstars and a perfect bench behind him. ofc he has good individual performances. who you have to worry about for the cavs? kyrie maybe? nothing else there. try double teaming durant and you have 3 excellent shooters who have no range open. he has it in super easy mode. both in terms of his team success and his individual success. switch teams with lebron and lets see if you will make the conference finals.

Have they not seen KD in OKC last yr against the Warriors? 3-1 lead. But he and Russ never trusted their teammates, ended up playing too many minutes and burnt out in the 4th. So they choked, turned the ball over a whole bunch and missed a lot of bad shots. The only difference this year is that KD has more legs in the 4th quarter cus his team's 2nd unit can keep score tight against Cleveland's 1.5 unit.

Bruh I watched every game over and over this morning along with that last 3 by Durant . Lebron james didn't want no part of Durant in that pull up 3 and throughout the game 1 and 2. Lebron literally looks like he's afraid to guard Durant.

Durant is more versatile and probably a little better than LeBron at offense. That said LeBron is still the better player overall.

I think for someone to have so many good players on his team who are going to take more chances, giving Durant less time but still be able to average 30 points, that is dope.

Using the fact that the Warriors have a more talented team and a better coached team is hypothetical. Hypothetical points are weak. All that matters is in-game performance. In this series LeBron has played as good if not better than KD overall. The biggest reason the Cavs lose is because the rest of the team don't show up BUT that's not the only reason. Another reason that most people seem to be ignoring is that the last 3 games, LeBron has underperformed in the second half of the game. Game 1 and 2, the Cavs were within single digits by the end of the first half. In the first half of games 1 and 2 LeBron has been playing great but in the second half he plays much worse. The difference here is that KD plays great throughout the entire game. Even in game 3, whilst unlike the other games LeBron stayed poised up until the end of the 3rd, he shown again that he can remain constant throughout the game like KD can and hence LeBron had to rely on Kyrie and Korver to close the game whilst KD was just performing great individually and ended up with the game sealing 3. Now I can accept that the reason it's like this is because LeBron is older and therefore fatigues quicker. Do you really think that's a point in favour though? 😂 That's like saying that MJ is better than LeBron right now but he can't show it because he is older. Just accept that LeBron is older and therefore his time is up and he is now physically compromised to a point where he can't outplay KD. Yall talking as if it isn't possible that a 4 years younger number 2 won't catch up to an ageing number 1.

So Bosh and Love can stretch the floor by standing at the perimeter, thus opening up the lane for Lebron to do layups and dunks. Also allowing Lebron to collect several assists along the way while Bosh and Love sacrifice their own personal stats (especially Rebounds while Lebron collects his assists and rebound stats).
