Excellent work! I don’t think people realize how much planning, calculating, shopping, tools, time, programming, fixing mis-calculations, and all the other steps it takes to do this, then add on the video filming and editing. Then they want more… a full step by step video instructions with parts list. They should feel blessed you showed what can be done, let the people study and figure it out for themselves, no shortcuts. Wow very impressive! As a kid I was in to model cars but nothing of this level or skill & detail!! But this was 39yrs ago! Still not a bad hobby to relax the mind after a rough few days of work & if you have the passion!!!! The imagination is limitless!

This is just unreal. Wish we could have seen the inside a little better since you went above and beyond to do the center console lights. You sir are brilliant at this stuff. Well done. I love this kind of stuff. You should build your own model and do it that way

I guess you can use the diecast body as a common ground, so less wire is required to run back and forth ;) The magnet and reed switch part really got me! Amazing job!

I use two Ni-MH batteries(1.2V x 2 = 2.4V). The step up DC/DC converter is HT7733A(From DC2.4V to DC3.3V).

I have a BMW Z4 (modelllichtsysteme) and Koenigsegg CCX (blueswimma) but none of them have radio controlling, only buttons.
