I’ve recently been looking at why I’ve lived my life on this yoyo dieting pattern of losing & gaining, losing & gaining. I think it truly needs to be a lifestyle change otherwise it’ll continue to happen forever. I’m no longer in a rush to crash diet, but I’m trying to focus on eating nutritious food & cut out the oils & sugars. Glad you’re back. ♥️

Tasty food as always Mei, I hope you're okay. I honestly relate to you sooo much. We have similar weights and heights but I also empathise a lot with you. There is probably some stress which may cause you to gain weight from time to time. Maybe it's something you can explore with a therapist, or look at in your life to see if there's any changes you can make to live a happier life. I know for me I gain weight when I'm going through something hard. Usually it's exam stress, or worries about my future. On the bright side, your weight gain wasn't much. I hope you don't beat yourself up for it. 💛💛💛
Developing healthy habits is what will make u lose and keep the weight off. Moving is very stressful tho so dont be too harsh on urself! Keep working hard ❤❤
Don’t give yourself too much stress it’s just a number. For me although I have achieved-10kg and hit 50kg first time in my life after almost 10yrs, it didn’t feel that happy at all. Don’t too restrict to your diet and I really suggest you try add up your exercise like strength training 🏋️♀️, it will toned you up and you won’t be sad if the number on scale increasing. You will look more toned. I am in that dilemma now bcz I am more prone to skinny fat body shape which is not nice.

Love your video and I'm cheering for you. But please keep in mind that if you choose a diet with which you loose 2kg in one week, it will surely not be sustainable and you will find yourself back in the cicle
