Is there a system to transfer power to rear wheels in case of slippery of front wheels? Don´t think so!! I guess only in Subaru Symmetrical system. Wait your answer, tks!

The CR-V AWD has what's called " real time 4wd" as soon as front wheel slip is detected torque is transferred via dual pumps in the rear diff to the wheels. It's a seamless system with no interactions from driver other than acceleration. Works fine on mine.

The off-road capabilities of the CRV are excellent..Otherwise, the car in the video has almost new Yokohama Geolandar GO15 AT tyres.

Ahoj Verčo, ano..Jsou SUV jako je např. jak píše Rayal Honda CRV 5, Hyundai Santa Fe, nebo Nissan Qashqai+2...Všude je to ale tak, že poslední 2 sedačky jsou trochu kompromis a zvedají se v kufru (nemáš v tu chvíli kufr). Pro dospělého to moc není na delší cestu a u dětí si zase nejsem jistý, že bych je tam chtěl vozit kvůli bezpečí a případnému zadnímu nárazu..Pro vás by byl ideální takový VW Transporter 4motion.

I agree and that's why I chose the CRV.I drive it every day, but also off-road, on expeditions and trips.It's a great car.

@@OutOfTheWay4x4 the sensors wear out, and it’s not worth using the third party sensors! I nearly crashed my car putting a cheap APPS sensor on my 2006, the throttle ended up staying full open even with my foot off the accelerator! So had to put the genuine Honda part on at £243, but has driven perfectly since. They drink a lot of fuel but are so reliable

I just found that my A/T Yokohama Geolandar GO15s are not quite ideal for wet mud. They get covered in mud and fill up quickly. Otherwise, they're great off-road when dry.

Yes unfortunately there are really not many tires good for the road and good for the mud The geolandar is a good mixed tire but it limits it everywhere, you have to find a good compromise for you, or 4 new rims !!

@@rayal4860 a good set of aggressive A/T such as the BFG are good in mud.

Of course, ko2 are exceptional off-road, especially in mud. But on the road they become very average, and like any (almost any?!) m+s tire they won't be as good as an ordinary road tire. And here, the geolandar will be worse in the mud, but better on the road. And a Michelin latitude cross, for example, will be as good as the geolandar on dry land and better on the road, and the really best of the 3 on wet roads. It's always a question of compromise!

No nedá se to srovnávat, video je o tom, jaký je rozdíl mezi starším klasickým SUV (nepočítám to, co se dnes vyrábí - to už patří jen na silnici) a opravdovým offroad speciálem..Oni ty MT gumy by vypadaly na CRV sice pěkně, ale ve finále to nemá uzáverku, redukci, rám a ani ten strašlivý výkon dieselového speciálu. Ale je pravda, že v tom bahně si s AT gumami neškrtneš.. Zalepí se blátem a je to jak letňáky..Výhoda CRV je, že je o dost lehčí, tak občas překvapí. Ale není to auto na pravidelné ježdění tímto stylem..To bych ho oddělal. Je to ideál na silnici, polňačky a sem tam něco i zdolá..Pro mě auto na kemping někde mimo v přírodě..

@@OutOfTheWay4x4 ano přesně tak koukal jsem na hodně videi na spoustu tvých,ale i zahraničních a mají ty auta upravené kvůli světlé výšce stany atd,ale mají to jak píšeš.Nějaká polnačka lehčí lesní cesta,kemping atd :) Jasné,že s Jeepem grand cherokeem se to nedá rovnat .Kolega v práci má ladu nivu travel a v terénu zvládné nesmysl díky krátkému rozvoru uzavěrkám i redukcím :)

​@@kingangealguardian6678Je to tak, ale tohle auto je univerzální a super na cestování. Na silnici jede pěkně (žádná stíhačka to není) a v terénu občas hodně překvapí. Ideál i pro rodinu..Je velké a pohodlné. Takže když chlap co má rodinu chce auto, co má aspoň trochu offroadový vzhled a vlastnosti, je tohle ideální volba.. Těžko jezdit s Patrolem s rodinou a na nákupy každý den..Rav 4 má zase podobné vlastnosti, ale mrňavý kufr..No a ostatní podobná auta Forester, Vitara, X-Trail jsou sice krásná auta (někdy i s redukcí) ale kvalitou se Hondě málo co vyrovná..To je můj názor, který samozřejmě nikomu nenutím. A Duster bych rád viděl při běžném používání po 20ti letech..

Ano, určitě souhlasím.. Měl jsem na autě A/T gumy Yokohama Geolandar GO15. Takový kompromis na silnici, terén a sníh.. Do takového bláta určitě gumy MT, nebo něco mezi, jako jsou Cooper Discoverer S/T MAXX atd. Bohužel ty Yokohamy jsou do bláta fakt špatné.. Hned se zacpe vzorek a jsou z nich galusky.. Jinak je to motor 2.0 ivtec 110 kW s manuálem. CRV je bohužel bez redukce a má jen real time awd.. Ale do lehčího terénu, do hor atd. je to fajn auto. Benzínu ale chybí krouťák, tak to nemá takovou sílu pokud motor ztratí otáčky.. @@OutOfTheWay4x4 já jsem koupil motorizaci 2,2 ctdi v manuálu a autíčko mě okouzlilo a snažím se o něm dozvědět co nejvíce. Nebudu vám plevelit kanál. Řeším jaké gumy, jakou ochranu masky a světel atd. Mám strach že to v lese na dřevě opřu a bude to hodně drahý... pokud byste měl chuť a čas, bylo by možné dobré nějakou formou přímé komunikace. Mějte se krásně a ať se daří!

@@petpavisk Určitě tu neplevelíte kanál :) Pro tyto účely to tu mám.. 2.2 ictdi je výborný diesel.. Jestli bez DPF, tak ještě lepší. Pokud jde o gumy, tak záleží na co.. Na kombinaci lehčí terén - silnice, pak jsou super Yokohama Geolandar GO15.. Na o něco větší terén, tak zesílené BF Goodrich All terrain.. Nebo Cooper Discoverer ST.. Ty si budu dávat já.. O něco levnější, něž BF Goodrich, ale naprosto srovnatelné.. Čas na to si napsat si určitě udělám.. Stačí napsat na tu mojí facebookovou stránku..

The tyres are AT Yokohama Geolandar GO15, they are excellent.. unfortunately they are not suitable for wet mud. For mud, the tyres are marked MT.

Did you read the caption under the video? Probably not 🤔 This is definitely not about comparing 2 off-road cars! You may not know this, but this is a Mercedes Benz G offroad special..That's an extra class even among specials..The SUV is a Honda CRV.. it's not an offroad, it's an old school SUV. The car is meant for road and light off-road! It's not equipped with reduction or differential lock! How do you want to compare these 2 cars? Do you think I'm going to put the same MT tyres on it that the Mercedes has?😂 The CRV in the video has the new AT tyres... It's not about comparison, it's about pointing out the differences and showing the limitations of each vehicle... but you already have that in the title of the video! 🤦

Well the CRV is just a versatile car..On road and off road..Patrol etc is pure offroad. CRV also can handle any terrain due to its light weight..

The CRV has AT tyres. Although they're Yokohama Geolandar GO15s and they don't have a very coarse tread pattern. They're unused in the mud. It's just the type of tyre that's often put on the CRV... The whole video is unfair. It's supposed to show the disparity between an offroad special and a regular SUV.

It's because Honda doesn't have 4wd, but awd system..Awd system is very good in Honda..You can't compare a pure offroad with differential lock and SUV with awd system..Those cars are designed for completely different uses..And there are a lot of differences in design. This video is not about comparison, but about showing the difference between an offroad and a suv..
