@@kevinerbs2778oh you mean deal I think I know what you mean it’s deal isn’t it you mean and that you are on about lol yes if so , yes I so so much agree with you
@@AngelFrench I feel like this is what humans do instead of beating there chest and growling like a ape. Since we have the words that they don't we posture like this.
@@adlibbed2138 i guess but dimitri was pretty stupid in the end even whe niko took the deal with pegorino he decides to kill all opposition which led to his death
@@DrHydra47b/c Dimitri is a sociopath and a snake. He knew if Pegorino didn’t die in the deal ending and if Niko died then Pegorino would have probably had Dimitri killed.
Or with a bigger pitbull like Bulgarin protecting him like a baby chick 😂. Everytime Niko's directly confronting Dimitri he either runs away like a bitch, has set up an ambush way in advance or begs for his life. At least Tenpenny and Sonny, scummy as they are, had the dignity to face you directly without screaming "WAIT! NO! PLEASE!" when consequences caught up to them.
Exactly. Niko isnt stupid to work with Dimitri for a second time, especially if its about money. He should be well off after the Liberty Bank heist anyway.
Exactly!!!! People be debating saying things like Roman > Kate and shit lol...for sure Roman's death is more tragic than Kate...he was Niko's brother...he knew Kate for what a few weeks/months. That being said, the revenge ending makes 100% more sense than the deal. Had they made the deal ending canon...it would've made Niko seem really dumb. Like...he or anyone with a brain would know better than to trust Dimitri lmao. Pegorino rataliating back? Now that's something unexpected and that's the aim of the wedding day tragedy...like it makes sense that Niko didn't see this one coming.
Although I do love the Deal ending in regard to the story - chasing the American dream, a way out, an escape from himself. The land of opportunity except everything he tried to get away from, was already waiting for him. And money being his weakness, the pursuit of freedom which is how America was always presented. The Deal ending is a representation of how warped the NYC ideology is. try to run from yourself and it'll catch you up. Roman tried a shot at a new life and inevitably it caught him up. Just in time for Roman's baby to be born and start the relentless cycle again
@@tutin4090 And this is why GTA 4 is the best story of the franchise. It's complex and depressing themes that is so juicy to analyse. (And it's also a reminder to the idiots who complain that "GTA has gone woke" that GTA has ALWAYS been "woke.")
@@bluexboxgamer2613 GTA has NOT always been woke or whatever that means these days. Just good story telling and a rush of breaking the law with a hint of absurdity. The downfall started with GTA V.
After Dimitri taunts and snickers so many times at Niko throughout the whole game; it's refreshing to see him either beg for his life or die painfully.
Call #1: Frustrated that he has gone through another betrayal by a "friend" again. Call #2 and #3: Getting sick of Dimitri's shenanigans and prank calls. Call #4: Killing Dimitri has just become his number one priority.
@@AlysaJonasI liked starkweather from Manhunt 1 that was INTENSE STORY stark taunts James Earl Cash with threats lies and minipulation also kidnaps and executes James family sadly.
While going to rescue Roman after getting kidnapped by Johnny and Malc, you can call Dimitri after he sends you a photo of Roman getting beaten. Niko's voice was the most intense i've ever heard him
These conversations are exactly why I think the revenge ending is canon. After everything Dimitri did and knowing that he can’t be trusted, it would not make sense for Niko to leave him alive, it does not fit his character
This is what gta 5 lacked, I hated villain,Steve, and Devin, who were more like, kinda likable and more annoying rather than hated villains due to the comedic atmosphere of the game.
little history class for you right now. yugloslavia was a country but yugoslavian went full crazy in 1992. so they separated to now know countries in balkan. they all spoke the same language or partially the same but with one common rule for all of them and that is: "what you see is what you pronounce". @@georgerockwell149
just like Daniel said, instead of "c" at the end that is usually pronounced as "/k/" in english, you should pronounce it as "ch" as you do in a word "cheese" @@VivoCubino
I gotta say when I first played this game I for sure got revenge on Dimitri after everything Biggest regret- If Niko hadn't killed Vlad he wouldn't have to meet Faustin and Dimitri and that's when Dimitri made his move to turn on Faustin first before Niko
You missed the one where if you call Dimitri after he sends you the picture if roman with the shotgun pointed at his head Niko goes unhinged, saying he will cut Dimitri's face off while he's still alive and nail it to his wall to remind him of what a traitor looks like 😂😂😂 fucking nuts
0:27 It would be better if Niko said “You know why I killed Faustin. You’re the one who set up the hit. Remember?” It’s so messed up how Dimitri orders Niko to kill Faustin, then later on calls him out for it.
