Kolkata Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport is India's 5th Busiest Airport and slowly it has become a major cargo hub for various airlines in and across the nation India.
Previously it was a major destination for some international airlines such as British Airways and Lufthansa, where as Indian Airlines Or Air India used to run many international routes but during 70's it started losing its glamour and became a national base.
Now a days it's gaining it's glamour back, many of the direct destinations as Bangkok, Bangladesh, Dubai, Doha, Abudhabi, Singapore, China, Myanmar, Hochimin city etc by Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Indigo, Spicejet, Air India, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways ETC.
