I’ve got the X 100V and I would love to have this X100VI camera with IBIS. What would really be great is if I could still make prints to my SP2 and SP 3 printers from the jpegs. Do you know if it still has printer connectivity?

Enjoyed the review, as you noted primarily a photo camera with some good video features…btw I thought a ‘Chinook’ in Calgary meant an almost immediate transition from snow to mud 😊

Really interested in how well suited this now is for capturing family moments not just in photos but also on video! To that end, when it comes to shooting video on the X100VI, is it possible to use any of the digital teleconverter crop modes? An occasional visit to the zoo for example would benefit from this quite a lot! :)

You can get a decent Nikon for the price of this thing and one that is more than a street photography camera too. (Disclaimer:I’m a Nikon User … Yay!)

Is shutter sound exactly the same as X100V or has it improved? I hated old sound as it made me think of stepping on a mice.

Price is a bit higher than I like but if people were forking out stupid prices for the X100V, this should be an easy purchase. Now I hope these fools selling used X100V will finally take a hit.

While I look the look of this camera, the price creep of it makes me pause. In the realm now of some very capable hybrid cameras.

That's crazy pricing. In Canada, it's $2160 which is significantly cheaper than the A7Cii. I hate to say it, but you're definitely getting ripped off over there.

Absolutely not. It’s been the V (Vee) for 4 years. Just because they’re calling the new one the 6 doesn’t change the “V”ee retroactively.

Seems way too expense for a point and shoot. You can buy a m43 body and lens for the same money but have the versatility of an interchangeable lens body.....

40+ Megapixel sensor will slow down my computer and probably have crappier high ISO. Don't need IBIS with a 23mm lens. And the price is laughable for a fixed lens crop camera. Absolutely zero temptation to "upgrade" from my X100V that I've had since 2020, long before the hipster RU-vidrs and scalpers made it nearly unattainable.
