There are plenty of respectful young people, just like I've seen lots of disrespectful elderly people in these videos. You might want to consider blaming people feeling entitled to amusement without a care for how it affects others. If your attitude is entitled enough, too many people don't want to bother telling you off, they're just happy you leave. There were clear descriptions of people behaving this way in the Agatha Christie books and I believe Sir Arthur Conan Doyle had Sherlock Holmes run into a few of those as well.

I am an American and don’t understand the term “taking the piss out.” Does it mean that she was making fun of them or mocking them? I raised two daughters; if either of them had ever behaved like that, they wouldn’t have been grounded for months.

Human urine was used in the processing and was collected in London and taken by ship up to Yorkshire. As the ships' crews were often embarrassed by their cargo, they would tell anyone who enquired that they were transporting wine. People got wise to this and would say "No, you're not, you're taking the piss". The phrase became used for any situation where someone is trying to fool you, and later for anyone trying to get an unfair advantage or abusing the system.

Please can we stop tourists being able to get this close to the Kings Guards and touch. You can't do this at the Tower, Buckingham Palace or Windsor Castle. Not sure any other country would allow this disrespectful behaviour.
I remember reading that animals can judge a person's character and the fact she was bitten and the other guy was not tells me all I need to know about the horse's assessment. I wonder if she was drunk though.
The horse was feeling uncomfortable, you can see it by how it lent into the other guard for reassurance, didn't want to be touched. Even after horse nipped her as a warning, the rude girl still pestered it, even disrespected the monk. HELL, the rider had to tell her to leave.

Time ALL City Children were able to spend School Holidays on Farms, learning BASIC Animal Care, Chores - not just feeding chickens, but Cleaning Pens, Stables etc. Being able to also Groom Horses, ride them under supervision. Driving the Tractor, assisting in Mechanical Repairs. Walk the Fields, learn about the Earth...50 years ago many City dwellers still had Rural Families to interact with - That is a Major Factor missing now.

She thinks everything is a joke. Making fun of the marching guard, making fun of the guard on the horse making fun of the monk if nothing was said she would have probably stayed there and ruined everybody's photo as she did the monk.😮
Perhaps I’m wrong but generally these tourists are on tours being transported or guided why aren’t the tour guides telling them what is acceptable behaviour and what to expect… let’s not forget these are serving soldiers who tomorrow could be on the frontline in any country or in defence of our establishment. Palace guards aren’t for show those with rifles don’t have empty magazines on their person !

It's sad that there are illiterate tourists among the tourists who can't read the big black sign on the wall. Or they're people. I do what I want, it's sad.!!!
Another incident at the London equivalent of Disney's Main Street USA. This is an unpleasant task for the guards, and the whole thing is a tourist trap and photo opportunity for visitors. The guards are not actually guarding anything because people pass freely through another archway.
