Guided Mindfulness Meditation on Stress - Guided Body Scan - Control Anxiety

This guided meditation will use body scanning techniques in order to help to create awareness and recognition of both mental and physical stress, and work toward reducing it, not only through this meditation, but through continued mindfulness in your everyday life.
It is ideal if you find a place to lay comfortably on your back, or you can find a comfortable chair. If sitting, ensure that your body can relax, but avoid slumping your neck and shoulders forward. Whether laying or sitting, allow your arms to rest comfortably at your sides or lightly on your legs. If lying down, you may also opt to interlock your fingers over your stomach.

I lost my son it's 8 months ago today. I found my son and have been in shock and grief. Between prayer to God for help and your mindfulness meditation i can have peace and calmness when life is the darkest. Thank you!

I'm sorry for your loss 🙏 I really am, but i read it in a book called laws of the spiritual world when my grandmother passed away, that when people leave the bodies at a very young age, it's because they were just here to clear out their negative karmic accounts in order to move higher in the soul world at a soul level. And souls can clear their karmas only by taking birth on earth. Also it was written that souls choose their mothers before they decide to take birth. I'm glad he chose you. And i want you to know that he's in much much peaceful, beautiful and a very very serene place right now and is very very happy there. He can watch you though the whole time and can communicate through you only with your dreams. It also hurts him to watch you mourn over him leaving, all he wants for you is to fulfill your life's purpose and meet him on the other side my love ❤️ I'm sending my tight hugs and love to you ❤️

Best guided meditation for when I'm having trouble meditating because of racing thoughts. It's calming and I can then focus.

The anxiety I have been suffering from is torture but, with this guided meditation and herbal tea I have been doing better at conquering it as soon as I feel it becoming triggered. Kudos :)

I think I am going through a very sad period. I can't make myself happy, I feel a lot of pressure, I can't help crying when I need to do something. I am afraid of doing things wrong, I am afraid of receiving others' criticism. I am afraid of speaking English with terrible grammar. But I know I can have a bright future, everything will be left in the past. Thank you for your guided meditation. This is my third meditation today. In youtube, I don't need to organize my language in a good way, I can just express my pressure, and my anxiety in my own way. So, same thanks go to the youtube. Nobody knows me here. I can be myself. Okay, now it's time to focus on my presentation. Please don't be afraid of others' critical comments, you can deal with them in a good way! Cheers,

This is excellent. Wow. I've done this Meditation twice this week because I have a lot going on. And it's awesome. The difference in how I feel between the before and after is significantly different. Feel more relaxed. Big thanks.

These videos are becoming glorious moments of peace and tranquility within the storms of my life. How could I have missed these for so long . . . but immensely grateful to have found them now. With so many issues to overcome I've found that there is not just one but several that are helping me beyond words. Not only are these the best on RU-vid but are the most beneficial anywhere!! With so much sorrow, tragedy and grief in my life there is that little spark of hope within me that you may, one day, address these issues. I'm not exactly depressed . . . more overwhelmed with grief and sorrow. Having said that, what you have done and offered so lovingly to so many is beyond any words of gratitude. Music, sounds, voice = calm, peace, a sense of security, a soothing balm to all who are so desperately in need of an "oasis" in the desert. Thank you so very much. You are a gift and a blessing.

So much gratitude that I found this meditation! I am running a big event next week, so my anxiety levels are high and I'm having a hard time staying present. In spring and summer I find it hard to meditate. I just listened to this young man voice m&s I'm peaceful. I have individuals who think it's fun to be nasty towards me . So it's very hard to find my centre especially in the summer . Thank you so much .

I like that you build up not starting with a long amount of time so the person new to this isn't successful. Also, I like that you talk most of the time, guiding and reminding up to the last 5 minutes.

Wow!! This is an amazing meditation vid. I feel refreshed like I just woke up again with a clean relaxed state. I imagined that ball of stress to pop like a ballon and let me body glow/rise. What a nice feeling, thank you for the vid.

In the begining I became very relaxed but soon as you started to talk about that ball of stress and releasing it. I felt the stress creeping up my muscles en felt stressed all over again..

xEsmeew Same. The ball of stress thing is where all mine accumulates already and I couldn't let go because I don't want to spread that awfulness to the test of my body. I don't think this mediation works for my type of dis-ease. ^^;
