Great helpful videos! I started to use several exercizes daily already. I wonder if you have have exercizes for a particular problem. 50% of men over 50 have it, and 95% over 80 have it. I'm talking about BPH. Your video addressing this problem would be of a great help to them.
Oh Bless you!! Been here before. Know your false thoughts. Listen to 432 or 396 hz frequency music while practicing Qi Gong. It’s about removing the faulty thinking and replacing them with calm rational thoughts you come to believe. Both QiGong and Hz sounds stop the irrational looping. Look up dr jeffery schwartz for a deeper explanation. healing from your anxiety.

I just did heavy workout yesterday, worked a lot on my pecks. So now It is quite tender in this area because I am sore 😅 Hard to tell if my immune system is good or not, using that technique 😅

Those soreness or tenderness in that particular area is sending you a signal to pay more attention to your Qi flow. So keep doing these Qi Gong exercises to encourage the flow of energy (no blockage of energy or blood circulation) until you no longer feel that soreness or tenderness again. Hope this helps. :) By the way tenderness on one side also indicates the imbalance of your Qi flow. So both areas must no longer have that soreness sensation.
