Subscribe This a cool DIY video about how to make a DIY parrot stand in few minutes.
I have shown how to make this nice and easy to clean parrot stand step by step in this video.
Stuffs required to make this kind of Parrot Stand are;
* Pine dar 30x30mm square rod 2.4 meters Cost AUD 6.49
* Pine dar dowel 18mm round 1.2 meters cost $6.60
* Forply F14 1200x595mm (resized to 700mmx595mm) 17mm thick cost $10
* Wheels quantity 4 : cost between $4-6 each
* Bolt & nuts 1/4" x60mm cost $4
* Bolt & nuts 3/16" x 25mm cost $4
* Hexo blade
* driller and bits
* set of hooks from $2 shop
* Hammer,screw driver multi-grip etc.
All above stuffs I bought from Bunning warehouse(local Hardware shop)

I think I'll make one of these stands for the birds in my garden. The guy next door has put spikes along the top of his fence. This will stop me cutting down his fence😁.

nice stand but how are they meant to look in the mirror or play with the toys when they can reach them wouldnt it be better to place them nearer or above there heads

I nearly was going to spend £70 buying a new one, but realised after seeing your video that i have most the wood off cuts lying around. The only thing I don’t have is metal wheels, I have plastic wheels from storage systems I didn’t use. Everything new! So glad I kept my new junk bits I can make something out of them .

Random Guy Sorry for late response , parrots think that there is Motherboard bird in their cage if they have a mirror toy ,and that's bad because then it is harder for you to tame them .

This is awesome and great for the birds, but this stand's visual appeal is far inferior to one with natural branches

Yes, take the same ideas for screwing, measuring, etc and use natural branches should work just fine.

Looks good. Maybe put some vet tape on the perches to protect their feet. Dowels are not good for a bird’s feet.

Tod Martens Because they are even and smooth. They force the bird to stand on them. Natural branches are not smooth, they are rough and uneven allowing the birds feet a better grip and allowing the bird to use the muscles in his feet. Birds stand all day.

It's is mix material(plywood and shomething else) but you can have plywood sheet which works perfect too.
